If the grandparents covered it up, then the attorney felt professionally he could not defend the grandparents. It doesn't take much to realize that the attorney knew the A's were in too deep for him to save face by defending them. It's then he knows he does not have to take the case and he's not going to. That attorney knows something and unfortunately, it's all covered by attorney-client privilege.

I see what your saying, I just dont think their envolvement is that deep, and depending on the day how deep I think it is varies...

Yes they are third parties to Casey.
And yes, it makes it even worse that they may have known something like that at any point along the way, a month before or earlier. Of course, assuming that they did, but I just don't see them not knowing and this PI working for them on live sitings that they really bought into and in the meantime filming the disposal site for sadistic giggles. Them knowing makes much more sense.

So the only way they are covered bang is if they came to have this information by way of casey? If the anthony's were told by the PI's about Caylee's whereabouts then they not only had a moral obligation but a lawful obligation to notify the authorites, right...or wrong?

Them knowing makes a whole lot of sense, especially considering Nejame's abrupt departure. The longer they knew the worse they look.

Someone please tell me which of these statements is a true description of the most recent news:

1. DC called Hoover in November to tell him that "we found Caylee and we are going to get her right now".

2. Hoover went with DC to the site and video taped the search, hoping to end up with a video of the remains, or the recovery of the remains to sell to a media outlet.

3. At the time of the November video, both PIs were workling for the A family.

4. Hoover told LP about the video December 15th, 4 days after Caylee was found by the meter reader.

5. Two hours after telling LP about the video, Hoover returned and let LP see 1 1/2 minutes of it.

6. The area shown in the video tape is 600 yards from the final resting spot of the remains.

(LP said on NG that the FBI confiscated Hoover's video tape, cell phone and some still shots of the area - this I heard myself)

How does this equate to the A's knew where Caylee was dumped? Anyone?

Thank you Patsy G! Here is what I heard Dots Eyes, I was taking notes as I listened along.
1. Yes, LP says that Hoover told him...That on the morning (15 NOV if we use the date that LP had said in a prior statement concerning this conversation) DC contacted him (hoover) and said "“We found Caylee”. Hoover states, he asked DC is she alive or dead? DC stated she is dead.We’re gonna go get the body or we’re gonna go get her.

2. Hoover taped DC and LP says he is not sure that DC knew he was being taped. LP says he saw the video and saw DC talking on a cell phone in the video. LP asked Hoover "who is he talking to?" Hoover says "I don't know". LP says that the next day Hoover told him that DC was talking to Joy W. LP goes on to explain Joy W's connection to this case.

3. LP states that Joy W's husband is working for J Baez.

4. LP states that he had the conversation with Hoover approximately around the 16th or 17th of DEC.

5. I haven't listened to part 2 that Patty posted yet sorry.

6. I had taken notes that LP said that the video was about "100 yards" shy of where the body was found. (He said the body not me).

I'll go and listen and take notes on part 2 now.

There are only two reasons this video stands out to me.
1. The pictures and the video have come from those who were strong supporters of the alive theory, including one being a PI.
2. Stranger than that, DC told a reporter that this is the ONLY place he looked, took photos and video that did not support Caylee being alive. He also admitted that he did not tell the Anthony's he did this until the day they found Caylee's body (the body that wasn't identified yet)

Why would they be in this area, the only area they ever looked at without knowing something? They can't say it was because of the KIO statements, else they would have been there much earlier, and possibly found a body that was not strung out like in Dec.
There is a reason that this was the only place they filmed, and photoed, then the body turns up there. Now Baez wants DC to keep his mouth shut about what he learned while with him, plus the DP lawyer coming in and sending the "it was an accident scenario" to the SA in regards to the DP. Why did all of this happen in November? Then the body in December?
Something tells me that Casey told something... I don't know, its crazier today than yesterday!

A week or two before the body was found and before the Anthony's went on Larry King, it seemed to me that something changed with this whole situation. The Anthony's physical appearances and emotional states appeared to take a turn for the worst. There was one interview with George talking in which Cindy sat beside him hunched over, seemed very down, possibly under the influence of meds, and actually let him do almost all the talking. She also had an interview where she rambled on and on. I can't remember exactly what that was about but it was just before or after the other one. Suddenly she looked so frail and seemed to make less sense than normal. People were talking about how she looked so thin and worn. I think I'll go back, if I have time, and look for those two vids. Even George's persona seemed more somber during this period, his appearance less vigorous. They both seemed to be deteriorating rapidly. It seemed to me like something must have happened somehow to cause it. Then, they went uncharacteristically silent, until Larry King. I thought maybe KC's team was considering a plea bargain and they had just been told why. LE would have wanted the body, or at least a location if they were dealing with her for lesser charges or time. It never really occurred to me that KC might have actually gone as far as to tell someone a body location or that the Anthonys found THAT out. Why would the Anthonys go on Larry King and talk about Caylee being alive and trash LE if they knew Caylee was dead? Geez, maybe the defense was going to have KC fess-up to an accident and then give the police a general location for the remains (prior to their discovery later), but would he have told the Anthony's? If he did, why would they persist with alive Caylee? To put pressure on the state? Is that might want immunity for? It's hard for me to believe they'd go on National TV and say Caylee was alive if they KNEW she was lying discarded just blocks away from their home. This whole thing is such a mess.

Let me see if I've got this straight. LP claims that the PI's filmed the area in November - but not the right area - and didn't find a body. Then they were going to sell this tape of no body in the wrong area to the media. In December, a month after the didn't find the body and before the meter reader did find the body, the PI's told him they were "going to get" this body that wasn't there. And, in his mind, this is proof that the A's knew the body was there.
Is that it?

I can never follow LP's logic and theory, but that's just me.

I want to know how LP knows that the meter man was off by 600 yds. He's pissy because the big man, LP, didn't find Caylee's body. IMO, he's 99.9% ego.

I'm really beginning to think LP may be full of some valid bombshells.
Maybe I need to start drinking or go to bed or something- but I really don't think he would have dropped Savage's name unless there was a real relationship there.

Caylee's remains were discovered on 12/11 right? The whole world knew of the discovery by the 15th of Dec...LP said that the guy called him and told him on the 15th that they had located Caylee and that she was dead and they were GOING TO GET HER BODY -- one would have to assume he meant NOVEMBER, since the PI & LP wouldn't have been able to 'go get her body' after LE had roped it off as a crime scene on Dec. 11th?

I think he's backtracking or trying to because he messed up yesterday in what he said, and realized he'd implicated himself in OJ.

Tim Miller was on Nancy Grace not long after the bones were found. He saw where the bag was found and said there was an indentation from where it sat for awhile. TM explained that it was just like if you were to pick up a log thats been sitting on the ground for awhile.

Good evening! I believe TM a lot more than theories the defense is going to try to conjure up that the bag hadn't been there all these months. Where she was left seems just like where Casey would've dumped her ~ not far from the road (because of the weight of the remains back in late June) and "close to home" (a place she was comfortable with). MOO

I dont know that I ever heard his last name, if its not the same as her's. If DC was talking to her tho while they were filming sure makes it seem the search of that area was from inside info from JB's camp.

RR0004, Joy W and her husband have the same last name if we listen to LP speak on this interview. It is Joy W that DC (the PI) is talking to on the cell phone...as told to LP by Hoover.

LP says that her Husband (and he states her husband's first name in this interview, works for Baez ...as told by LP)
