If the grandparents covered it up, then the attorney felt professionally he could not defend the grandparents. It doesn't take much to realize that the attorney knew the A's were in too deep for him to save face by defending them. It's then he knows he does not have to take the case and he's not going to. That attorney knows something and unfortunately, it's all covered by attorney-client privilege.
I see what your saying, I just dont think their envolvement is that deep, and depending on the day how deep I think it is varies...
