Club Q shooting suspect to be held in jail ahead of trial
A judge ruled there's probable cause for the suspect to face all 323 charges in the shooting that killed five in Colorado Springs.

Colorado Springs Club Q shooter's case heads to trial
A shooter seemed to be driven by bias against the LGBTQ community in plotting an attack at a gay nightclub in Colorado Springs, killing five and wounding dozens of others, a judge acknowledged Thursday.

McHenry had to decide only whether prosecutors have shown during this week's hearing that there is probable cause that Aldrich committed the crimes they are charged with in order for the case to move ahead to a trial.

Suspected Club Q shooter heading to trial following conclusion of preliminary hearing
Wednesday, Anderson Lee Aldrich appeared in person in the El Paso County courthouse, for a preliminary hearing. According to a survivor 11 News spoke with Aldrich was sitting just feet away from her.

Club Q owner Matt Haynes explained the redesign in a video posted to YouTube.
The rebuild will include a tribute to the victims of the November attack. A mural will display the names and photos of the five people killed — Daniel Aston, Raymond Green Vance, Kelly Loving, Ashley Paugh and Derrick Rump.
Five, 12-foot pillars will surround a 40-foot flagpole and each will bear one of the victims’ names.
Haynes said multi-colored mosaics will also be included, representing members of the larger Colorado Springs and LGBTQIA communities that were impacted.
