Hi Bobbisangel - I worked on a lot of child custody cases this summer. I don't know CO laws, but in WI there are time limits in the process. If they're not met or waived, the state loses custody, and kids go back. I think it should be mandatory that LE video every single interview or interrogation. That way every word and all body language is taped and there can be no accusations and it will also stop LE from forcing statements of guilt out of people. Best for everyone all the way around.
Wow, a jury? Isn't that pretty unusual in a child custody case?
