Springs police are asking for help to find a woman disappeared from an assisted living facility more than two weeks ago.

Police put out an alert Tuesday night that they were looking for 58-year-old Barbara Johnson. Johnson went missing from the Duncan-Hart House 615 N. Corona Street on Jan. 29. She is 5’8, weighs 120 pounds with shoulder-length gray hair. She was wearing a gray winter coat when she left the facility.
