Yes. I read up on BAM at the time, really hard to determine the right dose to incapacitate yet not kill.I don’t think that they are going that far to say that, unequivocally. Definitely incapacitated her, and it appears that it isn’t instantaneous, it takes time to work. I guess like a typical tranq dart, if you ever watch the zoo or vet shows where they have to tranq an animal to perform a medical exam or procedure. I don’t think the charges want to overstep anything they have to take back. Homicide by unspecified means in the setting of BAM intoxication.
This has probably already been answered but iirc he was tranquilizing the deer that happened by his palace on Puma for their antlers. I think he also had a drug for reversing the bam and Barry claimed after he harvested the antlers he would then send them off.Regarding the BAM, going waaay back (to his 1st trial, IIRC) was he claiming he had it to get rid of the <many> chipmunks around their house or other wildlife?
Or was he just claiming to be going on a shooting spree to kill the chipmunks on that fateful day?
Or was he trying to implicate Suzanne in "using" a tranquiluzer due to her cancer pain, re the syringe he said he found nearby?
Apologies, I can't keep his stories straight...
If the BAM is reserved for tranquilizing large animals to disable them, e.g., 90% of the time, hope this info he had some and only mentioned going after chipmunks around their property will be laughable.

I recall when they found the body in “the boneyard” bones were exposed, whole skeleton not intact nor even present. It appeared she was buried shallowly and it had been messed with likely by animals. Those exposed bones definitely would’ve been sun bleached. To note: it says her bones were "significantly bleached." To me, that implies that they were in the sun before being buried in their second location (with fresh clothes... Barry is crazy).
Tricia maybe I read it wrong but Daily Mail said 9 PM MST. They make a lot of mistakes though.Apologies if this has already been posted, but does anyone have a link on YouTube to the live press conference at 6 PM? I am assuming that is 6 PM Mountain time
Thanks

Stunning new evidence as Barry Morphew is charged with wife's murder
Barry Morphew has now been charged with first-degree murder and was taken into custody in Arizona.www.dailymail.co.uk
If so, glad to see it. Glad to see you here!I have long said that Shoshone Darke was the most dangerous woman in the world to Barry Morphew. She lied to police about the nature of their relationship, appeared to delete texts in the interview room, and clearly knew a lot more than what she let on.
The discovery of Suzanne's body was suspicious as hell, as CBI insisted she was found during an unrelated search. But I kind of bought into that, as I didn't believe that Barry would have told anyone about where he dumped Suzanne's body.
From this grand jury indictment however, we now know that Suzanne's body was almost certainly moved. This opens the door to someone providing a tip to law enforcement.I am not saying that Shoshona is the source of that tip (if it exists), but she's at the top of my list. "A woman scorned."
Thank you!I’m local and all the Colorado reporters are saying 6:00 pm Mountain Time.
Just 25 minutes from now.

How do they know this? From testing her bones? Also from the autopsy report:
[…]
An autopsy by the El Paso County Coroner’s Office found the presence of a combination of Butorphanol, Azaperone, and Medetomidine, also known as BAM. It was also found that Suzanne’s body had started to metabolize the drug, and her death was not immediate following BAM exposure.
