Unsure what it means, but Suzanne's sister's name is showing on the screen. Maybe she has an account as is logged in?

Webex is already live in Alamosa court room C.

unsure if we are able to post webex links here, otherwise I would.

but a simple google search for colorado court live streams - then find Alamosa C in the drop down will get you there.

Also appears there's even a media cameraman in the back (?) as well - so maybe get some other shots of the proceedings .....
I see Melinda Moorman on there

families of victim/defendants are allowed to log in directly to the webex here in CO.

Maybe minor for anyone else or any other situation. She was living with the previous homeowner just right down the road from the house. I'd say maybe 1/2 mile away and that person was accused of killing his wife AT THAT HOUSE. No way should she have gone on that property no matter who the package belonged to. If I was the current homeowner and the man that was charged with killing his wife in my now house had his new girlfriend walk up my driveway to my door, I'd want charges pressed. It's one thing if no crime was committed there, but a woman was killed there, and her husband is sending his new girlfriend to get a package. Who does that?
Agree 100%.
Also, the home was unoccupied at the time. The new owners were checking their security cameras from out of State.

The stills from that surveillance made the trespasser look pretty suspicious if you ask me.

This was not a bogus charge to “ get” BM

This article is LE's PR. It puts the onus on the irate homeowner for forcing the Sheriff to file bogus charges. This only happens when the Sheriff actually wants to file bogus charges. And they were bogus under Colorado law.
^^rsbm

To be clear, SD was caught creeping on the former property of BM less than a week after BM was released from the county jail on pretrial bond for first-degree murder of still missing SM!

BM was feared, persona non grata, especially by the residents of Monarch Estates, and LE was doing its best to restore calm and confidence to the community after BM proved successful in securing a $500K cash-only release.

In other words, this was no ordinary porch pirate episode, and it follows that LE did not treat the complaint as such. JMO

I have no idea what BM's daughters look like these days, but there is a young lady sitting directly behind defense table....

I also see Dave Lipka, Colorado Springs criminal defense attorney. Trying to remember where he fits in again.

Aww Barry back in stripes brings a tear to my eye

I do think that is Macy on the defense's side in the back. Yes, defense attorney just stated a victim is present in courtroom. JMO

Judge did say Melinda was watching online. And it does not look like BM greeted anyone in the audience, so daughters probably not there.

Edit, it sounded like Beller said a victim was in court so maybe a daughter is there.

Look that was a minor offense. It made the prosecutor look petty. She walked up, grabbed a package belonging to her and walked away. Yes a courtesy ring on the door would have been nice.
it was never stated by LE who the package was addressed to.... how did you determine the package 'belonged to her'? an address where she never lived? does not make sense

  • #1,132
Maybe it's just me but it seems odd there's a woman with a child in the courtroom.
To BM's left at the back of the room.

Poor BM is going to ask for a public defender, but the local office says they have a conflict of interest, so they will be assigning from elsewhere.

Why won't Iris do it for free?$?$?

Thanks for the reminder the home was unoccupied. Detractors gonna distract, facts be damned...!

Does that mean his pro bono one has bailed out?

Lol. This is night and day difference between the first prosecution team and this one.

They’ve already done everything without being asked. Say they’re ready to move.

I know everyone mostly hates IE, but honestly seems she took most of his money and now ran when he got recharged and no more big $$ to spend. I kind of have to laugh....

BM did turn to look and smile at the woman in the light top behind him, so maybe a daughter.
