Unsure what it means, but Suzanne's sister's name is showing on the screen. Maybe she has an account as is logged in?
I see Melinda Moorman on thereWebex is already live in Alamosa court room C.
unsure if we are able to post webex links here, otherwise I would.
but a simple google search for colorado court live streams - then find Alamosa C in the drop down will get you there.
Also appears there's even a media cameraman in the back (?) as well - so maybe get some other shots of the proceedings .....
families of victim/defendants are allowed to log in directly to the webex here in CO.Unsure what it means, but Suzanne's sister's name is showing on the screen. Maybe she has an account as is logged in?
Agree 100%.Maybe minor for anyone else or any other situation. She was living with the previous homeowner just right down the road from the house. I'd say maybe 1/2 mile away and that person was accused of killing his wife AT THAT HOUSE. No way should she have gone on that property no matter who the package belonged to. If I was the current homeowner and the man that was charged with killing his wife in my now house had his new girlfriend walk up my driveway to my door, I'd want charges pressed. It's one thing if no crime was committed there, but a woman was killed there, and her husband is sending his new girlfriend to get a package. Who does that?
^^rsbmThis article is LE's PR. It puts the onus on the irate homeowner for forcing the Sheriff to file bogus charges. This only happens when the Sheriff actually wants to file bogus charges. And they were bogus under Colorado law.
I also see Dave Lipka, Colorado Springs criminal defense attorney. Trying to remember where he fits in again.families of victim/defendants are allowed to log in directly to the webex here in CO.
it was never stated by LE who the package was addressed to.... how did you determine the package 'belonged to her'? an address where she never lived? does not make senseLook that was a minor offense. It made the prosecutor look petty. She walked up, grabbed a package belonging to her and walked away. Yes a courtesy ring on the door would have been nice.
Agree 100%.
Also, the home was unoccupied at the time. The new owners were checking their security cameras from out of State.
The stills from that surveillance made the trespasser look pretty suspicious if you ask me.
JMO
This was not a bogus charge to “ get” BM
Does that mean his pro bono one has bailed out?Poor BM is going to ask for a public defender, but the local office says they have a conflict of interest, so they will be assigning from elsewhere.
I know everyone mostly hates IE, but honestly seems she took most of his money and now ran when he got recharged and no more big $$ to spend. I kind of have to laugh....Poor BM is going to ask for a public defender, but the local office says they have a conflict of interest, so they will be assigning from elsewhere.
Why won't Iris do it for free?$?$?
