Monday, November 23rd:
*Review Hearing (re child) (@ 9:45am MT) – CO – Baby boy (10 wks) (Dec. 29, 2018, Pueblo West; died of extreme malnourishment) - *Jannie Mae Gatlin (24/now 26) aka Janie Tapia “mom” arrested & charged (1/4/18) with child abuse resulting in death. $200K bond.
Trial was set to begin on 5/4/20 to 5/12/20-Murder, was cancelled with a guilty plea. Trial was set to start on 9/3/19 for child-continued no date.
