On October 13, 1970, 18 year old Marianne Weaver was found dead in her friend's apartment of an apparent gun shot wound. Her friend, 17 year old Cara Knoche, was found dead lying under her bed; she had been strangled to death. Both victims were found in the bedroom of the apartment.
