Dude thought the pointer was a laser pointer! What was he smokin before he came in?

Keeping my chair and tray in an upright position today. I may need to jump out of my seat ;)

I think this Dr. is making a mistake by talking about what’s he seen coyotes do in the Arizona desert. I’m sure Prosecution will remind the Jury that their expert witnesses are actual experts on Colorado and Middle Mountain. JMO

Yeah, if you notice, no objections. They are prepared for cross of this witness.

This testimony not finished yet but if Jurors are conflicted on this evidence during deliberation the big question remains. How did Dylan get there.

I was pondering same. Two very different climates and he did not even speak to any experience in the Northern part of the State. Experience in mountains say in Flagstaff and North in winter months.

He just said when bones are found miles apart it can be one of two things .. either a person moved it or an animal.
Does he realize what he said?!

Goodness! Coyote behavior in the Sonoran Desert is COMPLETELY different than the behavior in the high mountain terrain in Colorado. Not buying it.

The desert also has a high tendency to flood, during monsoon seasons, capable of carrying a lightweight bone far away

Objection. The witness is not qualified as a coyote expert. lol

  • #370
And there we have it-not a coyote expert

  • #371
Witness admits he is not a coyote expert. That makes his testimony about their behavior very weak IMO.

Cross is up…when a witness has to defend a 1 page report to a 1 1/2 page report of information this important, something is up imo.

  • #373
Very effective cross of this paid for witness so far.

  • #374
Didn't use a microscope to examine bones

Remember yesterday when Defense made a motion for aquital and Moran kept saying because every Prosecution witness could not remember things?
Their first witness keeps saying it was 2 years ago and he can’t recall.

  • #376
This witness seems defensive on even the simplest questions.

  • #377
Prosecution asked if he looked at these photos when he was examining in 2019…witness said no…prosecutor responds “NO”???

  • #378
An animal just happened to run it's tooth thru the naturally occurring groove in Dylan's skull? No way IMO.

  • #379
Score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prosecutor just went gangsta crossing this witness! LOL

I am imagining him wearing aviators, gold chains, and a cigar hanging out of his mouth! Witness dude got toasted!!!
