I don't get why Dr. Ha's testimony about cadaver dog behavior is permitted. Did't he testify on Friday that he has never worked with dogs?

He’s a Zoologist and expert on animal behavior, but yes he has no experience with dog handling. I think cross exam will bring that out for sure.

What the heck. Moran talking about the clothes blue shirt/green shirt that’s been in evidence locker and then Dr Ha talking about Dylan’s scent. Those clothes were the ones MR wore on November 18-19 and cadaver dog hit on. He seems to be mixing up Dylan’s clothes for scent dogs with HRD dogs. IMO none of this is going to change minds. JMO

How about: Dr Ha just said working cadaver dog sat in stream at Redwine's house because he was hot and wanted to cool off. (not because he was indicating where remains were placed).

My current academic interests revolve around applied animal behavior: dogs, cats, and non-human primates, and welfare, enrichment, and behavior modification methods. This work overlaps with my primary research interests which have, for many years, focused on complex social behavior in highly cognitive animals (primates, corvids, and cetaceans). I believe I just heard Dr Ha state at least twice, that he is a cynic regarding scientific belief in the HRD dogs. We get it. He is not a believer. Move on please!
