For me, his dramatic Stretching of his neck, dramatically burying his face in hands, the randomly emphasized and shouted words, the inappropriately scattered laughs, ... The entire histrionic performance is too much. It's just that -- a performance. With a weak case to fall back on, better make the show dramatic.

Exactly! His closing is just as disjointed as their attempt at defense during trial. The crying and dramatic objections were a clown show. This is the encore of their show.

Seems like that's what he is going for but I think he is using a bad strategy...he is just branding the defendant totally as what he described---'a cross dressing feces eater'---

Defense going all in on animals doing ALL of the skull damage---but that just ignores their real problem.....how and why did the remains end up on that mountain?

They haven't answered that question other than to speculate that Dylan went on a solo hike that morning---taking all of his belongings and ghosting his friends and family

Is the defense going to mention Mark telling Brandon that without the skull they wont be able to prove blunt force trauma?

I doubt it. That will not be lost on this jury IMO.
