Witness apparently called the prosecutor before his appearance to chit chat with him. Prosecutor apologizes for not speaking to him. Says it's not permitted.

Witness Crasium, upon being greeted by Prosecutor : says he's very sorry he couldn't chat with the prosecutor when he called and he thought it was better for them to do this chatting in front of jury instead of just the two of them. (Said with snark).

Not sure if Defense is done asking about MR truck other than the battery was rusted and needed replaced, but I thought they brought this witness back to answer things they couldn’t ask Cowing on cross earlier in trial.

County coroner just sneezed into the lapel of her hoodie. Apparently the new covid protocol.

She also recently examined a deceased child who died of the plague

"Jann Smith, La Plata County coroner, confirmed the child had a suspected case of plague but said the Coroner’s Office has not determined the official cause of death"

That's what you want sneezing A few feet away from you.

Wrapping up the witnesses put on by the defense as a whole (so far), has anyone seen even one of them that they feel made any impact of MR's defense? I think they have all been ineffective to put it mildly.

If the jury doesn't feel like it's been a big waste of time, they have much more patience than I.
