then P objects to admitting it, before he can look at it longer because it has just been shown to him now

I don't see this witness' name listed on the defense witness list (the original one filed at the end of May). Is he listed more recently? This witness feels very last minute, though most of the defense case feels like it was thrown together the night before so not a high bar.

so the defense is scrambling---trying to throw something together as an exhibit, they can end their case on---seems pretty desperate and disorganised

So they are going to end on a map of Molly's field alerts? And a comparison to what was actually found?

Is that really critical? What about all of the unanswered questions the jury just have---how did Dylan end up on Middle Mt? Why didnt he communicate after 8pm?

Thank you Mr King for providing us a report that shows the drive time from MR house to first recovery site was 28 minutes going 25 mph.
