Yes, judge will send the jury home after the state is done with rebuttal then and they'll do their charge conference to go over the jury instructions, closings tomorrow.

This is the first trial I have ever followed from the beginning. I want to thank you ALL for the updates, the play by play and the humorous commentary throughout (it was much needed!). You’re a fine bunch of people and I would watch/read along in any trial with you all! Thank you so much

Yes, before jury came in this morning Judge & attorneys discussed this. Judge agreed.

I think the prosecution is alleging the witness' friend was who Ms. Lee mistook for Dylan, and the witness was the other kid who was mistaken for a boy.
