Moran is really rattled, He’s mentioned twice that he and the Judge were there working until 8:00 p.m. last night.
Judge: I was here longer than that.

Judge has denied several things Defense arguing for.

Moran argued that the State did not say HOW Dylan was killed and they don’t intend to today. Doesn’t think the Jury should be left with a “ myriad of ways” it could happen.
Prosecution objected.
Judge denied.

Moran now on the photos and the “heckling “ of his client by Kathy Barri and Denise Hess provoking him.
Has to do with jury instructions not to view the photos as reflection of MR character. ( I’m not sure what he wants to change about it).

Good morning everyone.
I have been thinking about how Dylan went to court with his mom all those years ago, telling the Judge that he did not want to visit his father. I can appreciate that in some contentious divorces, the child may be influenced by one parent and used as a pawn. Sadly, that was not the case here. Dylan (and Elaine) were forced to obey the court's ruling, and here we are.
Hoping that today, this time, the court - through the jury's verdict - will do the right thing.

Heard that. Moran's behavior is so outrageous, I am hesitant to post what I'm hearing and seeing. He is childishly antagonizing the judge. Judge remains patient.

Not sure, but it seems they are arguing about the rights of the defendant under CO constitution:

Section 16. Criminal prosecutions - rights of defendant. In criminal prosecutions the accused shall have the right to appear and defend in person and by counsel; to demand the nature and cause of the accusation; to meet the witnesses against him face to face; to have process to compel the attendance of witnesses in his behalf, and a speedy public trial by an impartial jury of the county or district in which the offense is alleged to have been committed.

Moran has been objecting to wording of jury instructions. Now challenges wording in child abuse charge.
