Yes. You just know he’s going to go against something that’s been ruled inadmissible today. Either knowingly or because he’s really that disorganized in this thoughts JMO

Not supposed to, but it happens. Just don’t think the judge will allow it unless it is so bad.

I don't think judge said when they would reconvene, but defendant is in courtroom.

Not trying to go OT, but since we’re waiting, do you know when the judge will make his decision on this? I followed Mollie’s case. I didn’t watch the trial, but read about it. Dude confessed to having Mollie in his car, etc but claimed 2 guys forced him to dump her body? I don’t believe it. MOO

Judge set an all-day hearing for 7/27 (if it can be worked out with the court admin), guess we'll learn more then. It all sounds like a bunch of hooey to me, and doesn't jibe at all with what CBR testified to.
