I didn’t think of that. Maybe Judge just stated for the record.A juror (#11) has been excused. Was this the man who had a fever or a new one?
Jury instructions before closing arguments?

Moran is shrinking "the wording."Moran objecting to the wording of child abuse knowingly and recklessly causing death. Wants the Prosecution to choose one or the other.
Bam!Reporting for duty!
I don't know, with the judge immediately asking the jury if they've had any problems following his admonitions after saying 11 was excused it almost sounded like 11 was excused for some reason.
Glad you’re here!! I hope the judge is wrapping up soon so the jury (and all of us!) don’t fall asleepReporting for duty!
Could be for a number of reasons. I was a juror within the last few months and right before closing, one of the other jurors was dismissed - we found out after the verdict (the judge kept us there to advise of information that was previously not available - never knew they did that!) that the juror that was dismissed had actually fallen asleep several times during the trial!Juror #11 has been excused.
