State: This is not a random string of coincidences. It's Occam's razor. Dylan didn't want to see his father. His mom called a lawyer to ask whether he had to go. They told him he had to go @LawCrimeNetwork

Such a good point raised that Mark wasn’t trying to mend his relationship with Dylan. Most dads when being ignored would surely reach out and try and mend fences and find out what’s wrong and try and fix things. But Mark had zero interest in that which speaks volumes.

State: When defendant picks up Dylan from airport he knows how Dylan doesn't want to be there. MR tells Agent Grusing that Dylan didn't want to be there and was standoffish. They go to Wal-Mart. Employee testifies Dylan "looked like he didn't want to be there." @LawCrimeNetwork

In repeated contact with his friends all day, until he reached the defendants house. Then he stopped , mid conversation in a text exchange with his friend Amanda---

I’m currently in the drive-thru line at Jimmy John’s getting my 9 and 10 year old boys lunch and I just saw a kid walk by that I swear looked like Dylan but with a little longer hair. Made me a little sad until I saw him flip someone off haha. That one is for you Mark.

Only 1 person in the room with Dylan when he goes radio-silent, and that is the defendant.

Mark has made it easier because he claims he was alive and well that night and the following day. But all signs point to the fact Dylan not being alive when you look at his social media presence.

State: Dylan is last seen with the defendant. As they ride to Mark Redwine's home, there's tension and anger. In just a couple of hours, Dylan will never be heard from again. Dylan is on his Facebook and texting all the time. Trail of bread crumbs. @LawCrimeNetwork

State: Dylan is in regular contact with his mom after landing in Durango. He's in repeated contact with his friends. Then it stops. We know at 9:56 p.m. when he's alone in the living room with the defendant, Dylan's phone goes off. Dylan is off the grid @LawCrimeNetwork

In their defense, it has to be very hard sitting through this, in the room with him and the defense and NOT having a verbal response or outburst.

Defendant claimed Dylan was alive and awake that morning, watching tv and eating cereal. So why didn't he reply to his friends and family?
