Even at the beginning of the trial Defence is trying to blame Elaine even though she is 100’s of miles away and her alibi checks out.

As MR tried to do when Dylan first went missing. Accusing Elaine of having something to do with his disappearance. Trying to deflect blame from himself, projecting it onto her. Despicable.

I do believe that Elaine's attorney later said that those pictures wouldn't have had any bearing on the order of visitation. The Judge would still have ruled that Dylan had to visit his father. (Not positive about this, so IMO.)

Read your comment just as they are playing Dr. Phil clip of MR bashing and accusing Cory / Elaine of stealing, framing re: poop pics. Constant blaming of Elaine. He could only take it out on Dylan. Wasn't man enough to take the stand against prosecution and answer under oath.

Oh my . . . I missed that one! Elaine allegedly "Photo Shopped" them? No way. She would never.

Perhaps court, social services and lawyer involved in the custody case would not have forced him to visit his dad if they were aware of those pics??????? He was court-ordered, FORCED to visit. Those photos are the reason Dylan is dead!

in that living room, after the fire, floor was replaced...furniture replaced---and the defense forensic expert didnt even know there had been a fire--yet he is giving his expert opinion on that room

I've been listening to his podcasts lately. His attention to detail is lacking. Gets some important facts wrong.

The judge that ordered Dylan to go on that visit KNEW about those pictures. He ruled in favour of Mark anyway.

This defense is truly a ignoramus.

I've always wondered about the origin of that fire . . .. Seems like something that MR could have had a hand in. (IMO) Don't think they ever found the cause.
