I don't think those pictures were brought to the Judge's attention. Elaine was told, by her attorney who testified here, that those pictures would not have stopped the visitation.

Do we know if there's a time limit placed on the prosecution for their rebuttal argument? It's not another 2 and a half hours, right?

Because his head never laid on it that night. His head was probably on the floor after he was struck, strangled , or whatever combination MR used to kill him.

MR stated that.....yet defense said that those pictures came from a deep personal place inside Mark.
So which is is Mark?
You can't have it both ways.

Mark out getting a alibi the following morning even though he had no set appointment with his attorney.

Mark took a nap, then goes to Bayfierld marshals office 5 hours later---but he is reluctant to file an official report. No need for an 'Attempt to Locate' ...

The marshal suggested he call the mom. She is upset and asks why mark isn't worried....he says stay calm.

He is not frantic at all---turns off the light at 11 pm the night Dylan is being searched for all around him

I guess it would have depended on the Judge. Those pictures would have inflamed Judge Judy! It is hard to keep all of this information in your head while following these cases. You need an Excel spreadsheet on every case!
