Another damning piece for me - the night Dylan is killed the porch light is on at 2am. The following night Mark turns all the lights off at 11pm.

Mark took a nap, then goes to Bayfierld marshals office 5 hours later---but he is reluctant to file an official report. No need for an 'Attempt to Locate' ...

The marshal suggested he call the mom. She is upset and asks why mark isn't worried....he says stay calm.

He is not frantic at all---turns off the light at 11 pm the night Dylan is being searched for all around him

The most damning evidence in my opinion!

Elaine called Dylan dozens and dozens of times those first few days, begging him to call her back.

Mark called him how many times?

Mark sits on his porch sipping coffee and watches the search unfold---doesn't reach out to speak to them and ask for an update

I forgot about the 2am.....

Mark said “they started to rough house and tensions Improved” - does that sound normal to you.

Honestly, the State could cut his closing right now and it would be enough! He is preaching to the choir (IMO)!

Yes. Because MR was the only one left standing.

Mark calls Dylan on the 20th, one time, and never calls him again

IMO

It’s clear he is guilty - There is no other other explanation.

I think he thought he had gotten rid of the body well enough that it could never be pinned on him. That’s why he didn’t pretend to care that Dylan was missing .

I sure hope Moran has sufficiently lubricated his vocal chords. I don't want to have to listen to his croaking voice during his closing.

Honestly, I was stunned when Dylan's remains were found. Up to that point, I was so angry knowing that MR would get away with his murder.

Mark tells Grusing there is less than 5% chance Dylan ran away, and he probably wasn't abducted---but when Grusiung brings up bear attacks, mark gets animated and excited, agreeing with the possibility...

I feel so sorry for Elaine as the guilt will always be there even when he is rotting away but she simply couldn’t of known how evil and Sick he was.

Even hearing all this as I have always maintained it’s about Elaine- the poop photos are simply kindling on top. It was always about punishing Elaine and he did it in the worse way imaginable.

The body reveals to you that he was murdered--it wasn't just from being lost in woods

<snipped by me>

Even if well lubricated and not croaking, I don't know if I can listen to him for 2 and 1/2 hours....

Hashtag "Skiptheclosing" for defense.

Wonder if Bogan will be giving closing for Defense. He’s the one doing all the objecting, right?
Safe to say"….. he’s no easier to listen to than Moran.
