Prosecutor said Redwine diverted attention away from Middle Mountain by suggesting Dylan went to the lake. State says he turned over the fishing pole after Dylan's remains were found.
Prosecutor now detailing other things Mark Redwine said he did including looking for a fishing pole of Dylan's. Redwine said the fishing pole was missing. The dam was 9 miles from house. Redwine suggested he walked there. Family said he would never do that.

Thanks for telling us "how" it was said. Some of us can't watch and this makes it come to life.
The prosecutor used that line several times to pound home the fact Mark did virtually nothing to look for Dylan.

As I recall, the fishing pole was found behind the washing machine which was in MR's garage? MR found it, but it was not found during a search of his house? MR hid it, most likely.

we have all seen how big his place is you could go though that top to bottom in 20 mins. So the fact it took him over a year to locate it is farcical like so many of his stories.

Bogon up:

it started in Bakersfield Ca---a crew leader in U Pipeline, is a rough and tumble type and that's OK

in his truck, pictures of his son playing ball---he cries when he looks at these pix because he loves him and he misses him

his friend testified yesterday that he loved his son very much

he shed the same tears when notified of his son
s body recovered

use your common sense, if you want to be close to your son, bring him into your life, you dont kill them

WTH? lol

Crocodile tears IMO.

" if you want to bring your son closer into your life, you don't kill them"

is that really what I just heard him say?

we stand shoulder to shoulder with mr Mark Redwine...it is an honour to fight for him, especially when he has been wrongly accused and the evidence is so thin

  • #675
He's asserting that he is HONORED to stand shoulder to shoulder with MR.

I may not last the duration of his propaganda presentation.

Yeah. That's right. He waited to "find" it until after Dylan's remains were found (I think). That would make it look like: "Oh, no wonder his remains were found in the mountains. He didn't go fishing after all, because he didn't have his pole!"

Ver-r-r-r-y clever, that MR.

a court has a lot of rules for the benefit of the defendant because you cannot achieve justice by guilty verdict when wrong person is charged

defense complaining that the state gets to talk twice and him only once, lol

Keep telling yourself that, counsel. Well, he can always honor him later in prison.
