I have to agree with the defense on the HRD dog. The dog alerts are not evidence of a dead human in Mark's house and truck. JMO

so what is it evidence of ?

Not being sarcastic, I’m just curious what you think it means.

Did the judge just say he has 55 minutes left? Please tell me I’m watching on a delay!

judge===55 minutes remaining

defense: now talking about Dylan asking for the poo pix

'Hey beautiful, you are what you eat" texted Cory when he sent Mark the poo pix

Back on the poop pics again.

Bogan is continuously mentioning the sordid pics, MR’s “proclivities “, he actually said very loudly **** eating **** eater. First time I’ve heard anyone use “ cross dressing” in discussing them.
Good Lord he’s just making it worse. He’s putting on quite a clown show.
JMO
I am still catching up here, but I'm beginning to wonder if they aren't setting up an appeal for MR having incompetent defense.....

Cory also testified about what Marks response was--dont hurt Dylan, he doesn't deserve to be hurt anymore, so we can see that Marks response was to protect Dylan

use your common sense, mark was respectful and protective father

Elaine was the one blaming Mr Mark Redwine for this, that is her attitude

Not much. Possible cueing or hair, blood from a living person. JMO

here we go---BIASED Investigation, they tried to go after him from start

they put up game cameras, put GPS on his trucks, followed him, didnt prosecute people who protested against him, like Elaine

When Ms Lee went to reporter that she saw Dylan---but LE ignored her and belittled her---they didnt want to believe her

[maybe because she was mistaken and they knew it?]

I wonder, too. He’s spent an inordinate amount of time on this subject. Way more attention than the State did. The first hour or so this morning was judge and counsels going over jury instructions and the defense brought up these photos and their was some negotiation over it. I’m going to go back and replay it when we get a break.

Blame the person who put the sticker on Dylan!

now he belittles forensic team for throwing a banana into an evidence bag

And for not having correct chain of custody of the skull during 2 day period

No, You need to be concerned about the ATM card, which was deactivated, so mark could not have used that card

And concerned about Dylan using restroom at Walmart

but ignore the crummy evidence logs and chain of custody by them and focus on silly things like that

Oh, there are new floors in there, no wonder so little dna

I dunno.... In Federal and several state courts, a dog alert is deemed probable cause for a search warrant. IMO, that's a strong vote for evidence. At trial, the problem is NOT challenging the dog alert but detention (i.e., the amount of time the driver/vehicle can be detained waiting for the sniff dogs to arrive).

prosecution not a big fan of the miller lite can--they want to create a lot of distance between it and the remains, but we do know it was given same GPS location as Dylan's remains
