Looks like everyone there except the judge.

Judge entering...

Live in Court. Two questions. Jury asking for a transcript and report FBI agent testimony.

  • #124
Two questions - they want transcript of Agent Grusing testimony and 2 - copy of agent Grusing FBI report

  • #125
Objecting to transcript by the defense.

  • #126
Defense does NOT want to give jurors either

Jury gets bupkis, they have all the evidence they're allowed and have to rely on their memory of his testimony.

<editing as I made mistake>
Judge ruled no, they cannot have either.

Juries often ask for transcripts. Judge usually tells them to rely on memory. I have never seen a Judge send back a testimony transcript

Love watching these trials with YOU. I had no idea. Thank you.

I take that as a good sign that they requested Grusing's testimony and the report.

including Dylan bleeding from the mouth after being hit with a Nerf football. Redwine initially said he had a cold sore but Grusing said he would check with the flight attendant and he said Redwine pulled back from that. No transcript will be provided

Who remembers Agent Gushing's testimony? Wonder what Jury needs clarification on?

I don´t think there will be a verdict soon so I say goodnight to all of you

Is there a place we can watch or get notices as soon as something happens! I just got home from work and want to watch. TYIA

So another question from me I do apologize

What would be the harm in giving them the transcript as it’s nothing they haven’t heard in court?

That would bother me as a juror. With the volume of information they heard and saw, I would want every bit of documentation I could get.
