That would bother me as a juror. With the volume of information they heard and saw, I would want every bit of documentation I could get.

I also wish the jurors could be made aware that the defense did not want them to have access and the state was okay with the jurors getting it.Jmo

Actually, the state AGREED with the defense. It's common practice to ask the jury to rely on their memory, imo

That was odd. The Judge disallows FBI transcript and report to jury and jury comes back with a verdict...WTH? Anyone have an idea what that was about?
