I thought that the Judge announced yesterday that today the Court would be adjourning early today -- not going to return after lunch -- due to somebody's having an appointment.

I dunno, maybe I dreamed it?

I missed that, but did hear him say before they broke for lunch today that they would be going a little earlier today because someone had an appointment.

This is strange. The microphones are live and I believe it was a defense attorney that just asked the prosecution if they "had heard anything". He said they heard some "chatter" and would hope they would let them know if there was any kind of a "credible threat."
Edited to add. I guess it's not live. I'm not sure if the above statement was after lunch or this morning. My feed is messing up. I'll go back and look.

Just an FYI, the judge said that on Friday they would take only a 45 min lunch, then come back for a couple of hours and ending @2:45. Sounds like another dr appointment.

I’ve never heard of breaks for drs. appts. Interesting. That’s pretty lenient.
