I’ve never heard of breaks for drs. appts. Interesting. That’s pretty lenient.

You should have watched the trial for the McStay family murders. They did nothing but break for Drs. Visits, dental visits (many for the judge), family gatherings, and if IIRC, a juror was allowed to go on vacation. It was infuriating! And don't get me started on a defense attorney calling out sick for days, then being caught at a public place partying.

I have to say so far from what I have heard nothing makes me believe Mark is innocent and the defence is weak so far.

Am I incorrect in remembering that the fishing pole was later found at the house?

I don't believe it was ever found. I think Mark got rid of it at a later date to use as part of a deception plan.

LE didn't thoroughly search his home until the next year on August 14th.

Dan Bender, public information officer for the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office, said the search was part of an ongoing investigation. In a statement sent to the media, Bender said he was only authorized to say that the La Plata County Sheriff’s Office along with assistance from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation served a search warrant on Mark Redwine’s home on Aug. 14.

I cannot picture being in her position. His own dad, That is hard at their age.
