First, defense objects to all discussion about divorce, custody on direct citing attorney client privilege…then on cross he continually asks these questions.
Is it just me or does the defense seem to be rather unorganized? I've heard him mention he "doesn't have, may not have been sent or may have misplaced" multiple pieces of evidence. I'm rather shocked at his lack of preparation.

#MarkRedwine - Divorce attorney for #DylanRedwine's mom breaks down crying on the stand as she testifies she told Dylan's mom that she had to put him on the plane to go to his father's or she'd be held in contempt. @LawCrimeNetwork

THAT is a burnden I wish she wouldn't carry. She really cried...

Yes.
After asking Ms Harrison if he should pull up the transcript for her correct answer...he couldn't find it or whatever... It looked unprepared.

Yes, and he is always being reminded to speak up/talk into mic. His objections are ridiculous. He isn't doing anything to defend his client. All he seems to do is repeat the State's questions.

I see there are not that many tweets telling us "what" is going on in the court room...

Exactly.
Not many in media are following this, or at least they aren't tweeting. Grrr.

Wow. 5 years ago Dylan’s Mom and Kelsie Schelling’s Mom worked together to change the Law here in Colorado in the penalty for tampering with a deceased body.
I’m so grateful and proud of them for this and all they do for victims and survivors.

Bill brings stricter punishments for tampering with deceased bodies | FOX31 Denver

DENVER — Punishment for tampering with a deceased body became stricter in Colorado on Thursday after Gov. John Hickenlooper signed a new bill into law.

Before Thursday, the punishment was only a Class 6 felony, which is close to a misdemeanor, Republican State Sen. Jerry Sonnenberg said.

Sonnenberg sponsored the bill, but the person who spearheaded it was Laura Saxton.

Saxton’s daughter, Kelsie Schelling was killed three years ago. Her body has yet to be discovered.
Saxton stood behind Hickenlooper as he signed the bill into law. She said it baffled her the law wasn’t more severe to begin with.

“These are the bodies of victims. They have to have more value than a cellphone does,” she said. “To get it from a Class 6 felony up to a Class 3 felony, which is just under murder, is where it should be.”

Saxton and Hall continue to fight for justice in their children’s deaths. Both cases remain unsolved.

I think that they made a reconstruction of Mark Redwine's living room and the jury is going to look at it.
