Could be. I think they did find something that proved he was dead, and that’s what supported the tampering charge.

Say they found Gannon’s DNA or hair in the rental car, that would do it.
Or a cadaver dog alerted ...

We're getting a preview of what could have happened from crimeonline part 3 of the liars excuses for various items that may be in evidence. It's looking bad.
Looks like some theories might be more lenient than the truth.
But LS won't be able to his behind her sunglasses and with her back to cameras at the trial.
She'll be making new 'friends' as well.

I haven’t had the chance to watch the PC yet and just reading braking news now that TS and sisters have been arrested, but thank you LE and Dan May! You all who were so positive about Dan May were right! I’m very glad he is on this case. My heart goes out to all of Gannon’s family. All of his loved ones, sister, both of his parents, and especially his mom my heart breaks for all of them. I’m praying they find his remains, so he can be laid to rest and help give his family more closure. ❤️
I missed "the sisters" part. Where is it?

I am just praying he didnt see it coming and it was quick. I obviously wish it never happened at all.
Thanks fir the small chuckle of 2x4's flying out the back of vehicles. We all needed that.
I wonder why AL told her this. She had to have known this was coming. Does she really think everyone would believe all these lies?

Well I’m sure happy to hear finally LS is not some perfect murderer who is getting away with it. Not very smart to dump bloody evidence in the woods with your Apple Watch on.

A saucer sized puddle is quite a bleed out, especially as the injured person has to remain still to get a puddle, otherwise there.

She actually admitted to being in the search area, and she actually admitted to AS that Gannon's socks and the board came out of her truck. Of course, she avoids the question of who put those things in the truck in the first place.

Prediction: Red truck has Gannon's blood in the cab and in the bed; Gannon's excrement in the truck (hence her pre-splaining about poop), and then there's blood in several locations in the house.

I'm wracking my brain about the possible injury. Blunt force trauma from a board doesn't always make for a lot of blood (unless it was his face). Forensics will be able to say something about whether it was a nosebleed (doubtful unless she hit him in the face - in which case there has to be at least one witness to the circumstances still living).

Sadly, I think we'll find a pattern of routine physical child abuse in this household. Intermittent, perhaps, but still routine.

Remember in the early weeks when we were discussing the boards that could be seen on the floor of the garage? Someone thought they could be to catch oil under a car. That's why LE moved the car out of the garage!

Or a cadaver dog alerted ...
Ita.
Might have alerted on the rental car.

I just want him to be found and laid respectfully to rest.
The sooner the better.
And LS to answer for anything she's done !

Re: Part 3 - I don't understand how she'd miss a "saucer-sized puddle of blood" in Gannon's room when cleaning up behind herself?
Maybe the carpet was cleaned up but found underneath, underpadding/floorboards

Wow. That was quite an emotional press conference. Landen is incredible. She's a very articulate and powerful speaker. The way she translated her mother's love and despair was profound and beautiful and devastating.

Al Stauch gave a very haunting and well-written statement as well.

No wonder Gannon was such a sweet and sensitive little guy.

I also appreciated that the family spokesperson? cried while reading that statement. I think she was affiliated with the Sheriff's Department. But either way, God bless her for expressing the sorrow of this case.

100% agree

What a strong lady.

Serious question here. I’m having trouble reconciling in my mind the first two charges. First degree murder means it was planned/premeditated to kill Gannon.
Child abuse resulting in death means to me that death was a result of the abuse.

Is this telling us that when she set out to abuse him that day, her end goal was death? If the death was an accidental result of abuse that went too far, then how does first degree fit in?

I think she flipped out for whatever reason and hurt Gannon Sunday night (child abuse), she did not get him help and knew he would die and/or had to make sure he died so he would not tell on her (1st degree murder).

I think something really horrible was happening to this precious boy. Look at the difference in the photos of him. I don't know the timeline of them but my hunch is worry and stress were getting to him. He probably did want to run away, precious one.

When I saw that Tee had been arrested I texted hubby to tell him. He texted me back and asked if I was happy. I said YES and NO. I'm happy she's been arrested but I am not happy that any of this happened. There is no joy in my heart today. In fact, my heart has broken more today for Gannon than I thought possible.

I watched that video of Gannon walking to the truck. I saw him hesitate. I knew he was hurt but it was more than that. He was afraid to get in the truck. I think he suspected more bad things to happen to him. I'll go to my grave believing he knew.

Sorry everyone, I thought Maleah was bad and it was. I thought Cupcake was bad and it was. But a little boy named Gannon will forever be with me. Watching him walk to that truck will haunt me forever.

MOO
You have just articulated my feelings completely - I am with you and let’s all be here for each other - I too thought I’d heard it all with Kamille so upset tonight. Never ends

Paper is made out of wood, and paper is light. Therefore, all wood is light.

I hate driving down the road and having to constantly dodge wooden 2x4’s.

The bloody ones are the worst.

That first paragraph reminded me of the Monty Python scene. "Wood! Good, and what else floats on water?" Maybe LS should be weighed against a duck.

Yes, she stood up and kept it together in Gannon's honor. Her words were so sincere and heartbreaking.

LS has an 'explanation' for everything.
This was her downfall.

Forever 11 :(

They still need DNA to show it was Gannon. Takes teamwork, with the doggo being a very important member.

The puddle of blood may have soaked into concrete beneath a carpet, forensics people have ways of figuring out what kind of bleed that was (I envision someone who is not moving, for at least a little bit) and how much blood was initially involved (to soak through a carpet, for example, and then into the concrete).

A "saucer sized blood spot"... a tea cup saucer, and snow sled saucer?

I am sick...
Frankly, even if it were a teacup-sized pool, that is a major medical event for a child. If one of my kids had a cut or nosebleed that resulted in a teacup saucer's amount of blood, I would be taking them to the pediatrician or urgent care posthaste. More than two or three band-aids' worth is very, very concerning when we're talking about a little one. One of my good friends knew someone who died from bleeding out after cutting his leg on a broken beer bottle during his wedding weekend.

Blood all over the house, cut feet, blood on 2x4s ditched in the woods, constant nosebleeds, diarrhea, constipation, and vomiting? Calls to the nurseline to find out how much it takes to overdose a child? We're supposed to believe this was normal?!

Tee's house was a house of horrors, IMO.
