I am so relieved to hear the news of an arrest. I was becoming disheartened despite remaining optimistic TS would be brought to justice. Her nonsense was scrambling my brain so much I was starting to wonder if she may be innocent bc how else could she be so brazen. So sorry for GS's family right now, but so glad they at least may get some answers.

It’s almost as if Dan May knows what he’s doing.

Since TS posted it in a forum where Landen was likely to see it, I seriously doubt they haven't seen it. AS seems to be a smart man, and very interested in any route that will lead to the recovery of Gannon.

Hopefully, her family and supporters will now listen to it. It's interesting to ponder why in heck TS ever made that video public.

I'm not talking just about the video. I'm sure they have. I'm talking about all the wild speculations about what she did to him, his body, etc. etc. That is just unnecessary and morbid. It will all come out.....

According to U.S. News and World Report, it's not true that Liberty has no regional accreditation:

https://www.usnews.com/best-colleges/liberty-university-10392

I still think based upon Tecia they should go back and review the accreditation and not wait until 2026; but it's not like the University of Phoenix.

In other news, it feels distinctly wrong to be happy, but I'm fist pumping all over the house at this arrest news.

Yes, I've seen that. But their own website and the actions of their own Board of Trustees makes me think that's paid advertising and taken right from their PR materials. Liberty certainly has some familiarity with the regional process, but they are not following any of the federal rules for publicly posting any of their accreditation reports, results or recommendations/censures. There are other articles that show that they've been under investigation.

Usually, a university is very proud of their accreditation letter (and they are required under Federal standards to have that letter posted publicly, no more than 2 clicks from the front page). All of the accreditation "badges" listed by Liberty as of today are not from one of the Federal regional bodies. They are from myriad non-federal "accrediting" agencies.

So until I see something produced by Liberty (again, required by law to do so as part of their web presence), I'm taking the view that they are a degree mill. It's possible they are on probation until 2026 (which is not a full accreditation, btw). Any school that gets even major recommendations is already in hot water.

I felt the SM was responsible from the very beginning (of this families nightmare) for Gannon's disappearance. However, now all I keep thinking about is how Gannon must have been treated/suffered, makes my blood boil. There is a special place in the after-life for those who abuse children and kill them... RIP sweet little G-Man, my heart breaks for you and your family who loved you.

This just happened February 26:

Colorado is no longer a death penalty state. On February 26, 2020, the Colorado Legislature voted 38-27 to pass SB20.100. This repeals capital punishment for offenses charged on or after July 1, 2020. Governor Jared Polis has said he will sign the bill into law.
Well, LWOP +156 years and 5 years probation should do the trick. DA May has this!! They’ll take away her sunglasses too and that will be sheer torture for her

I about fell out of my chair when I read that TS was arrested! It is about time! I also see that her two sisters were also arrested. This case goes a whole lot deeper than we can possibly imagine. I hope LE finds Gannon.
