Well, that was quicker than I thought. I know why they're not releasing the details, but I'd love to know at least some of the details from a 10k foot level. I'm guessing she'll take a plea in return for giving up the location of Gannon's body. What blows my mind the most is how you can kill someone -- especially a kid, and act like nothing happened. I guess it's a good thing that that still blows my mind!

If he did indeed file for divorce prior, he should never have left those children with her.

He is a grieving father so I think it wrong to judge him. Unless and until we know that he allowed abuse to happen or committed abuse then he is a victim. We all make decisions each and every day. We calculate our thoughts and decide. I don't think he ever thought either of his children would be killed or abused by her. He will feel remorse for being with the step-mother for the rest of his life. We don't need to pile on. JMHO.

I hope Tee never sees it. She's a sick sick person that would get off on the pain she's caused.
I've been following these cases for two decades. 10 years on websleuths and I don't usually get emotional. But d*amn that was hard. It's rare to see a mom at this type of presser, let alone to hear them speak. Landen is one tough lady.

Maybe they found something from the house that is covered with blood, perhaps something that dripped blood in the garage and car bumper when she loaded in a vehicle to haul away.

I wonder if the blood in the garage wasn't from a 'cut' foot. I have wondered how one 'cuts' their foot on anything in a garage. Unless they're in the garage walking around barefooted. I don't see Gannon walking barefoot in a garage during the wintertime in Colorado.

I really didn’t expect there to be an arrest until they found Gannon’s body.

For them to do that now, and for the main change to be first degree murder, then she must have really screwed up. The evidence must be overwhelming.

She is charged with child abuse resulting in death. If she had taken him to the hospital, that would have been discovered. This entire set of events is TS covering her own a$$. At any cost and without regard to the life of a child.

There's no way that TS did all this without hate in her heart toward Gannon, Laina, Albert and Landen. But feeling hatred is normal to TS, as she loves only one person and frequently finds herself hating anyone who is real, authentic, kind and good.

Sad, she could have just left. It's not like she has kids with him.

This isn't pretty , and imagine the evidence LE has uncovered that we don't know about yet.

She knew at some point what she was going to do to Gannon and once she decided to kill him she could do literally anything to him.
When was the last time he spoke to either parent ?
Because at some point stepmonster would've confiscated his phone and from then on it was do whatever to him.

There has to be a reason for LS to admit his blood on the woodworking tools.
And in the video he cannot be seen unless as one viewer who saw it in its' entirety thought they saw his face.
So what did he look like then ?
She could have mangled his hands or fingers and he could still walk to the truck.
The same with internal injuries and/or facial head wounds that weren't fatal.

When he walked to the truck, it's blurry to us but LE have a sharper version, I'm sure.
Did he drop something and was unable to pick it up ?
Did he still have his ears ?
Was he bleeding from his nose/mouth ?
Am saying that-- as a lot of damage can be inflicted and a person could still walk to a vehicle.
If Al didn't use the tools very much they'd be sharp and able to inflict a ton of abuse.
LE need to find him before all evidence is lost.
