Yeah. I’m sure lots of people have things just blow out the back of their pickup trucks all the time. Especially blood covered boards.

It’s not like there’s a tailgate or anything, or a way to secure things.

Totally innocent explanation for a bloody piece of wood, and the sock of a missing child.

Just like there’s an innocent explanation for blood found all over the house, and a “saucer sized puddle” in his room.

Not a popular point to make given today's news, however, there would have been signs. Coming from raising kids with stepparents, and having stepparents myself- they (GS parents and sisters) would likely have insights as to how TS acted around GS when left alone. Kids tell people they trust what happens to them. That being said, it is quite a leap from someone not treating a child fairly, having preferences, yelling etc. and being capable of killing a child. Not sure AS or LH would have had anything like that on the radar. Feel awful for family all the way around.

First time she's mentioned a video that shows her walking with Gannon after that fateful departure in the truck. Hmm. Wonder why she didn't mention or produce that earlier? And why LE told MSM they had no evidence that he had come back or left the house again.

People walk around crime scenes all the time, in this case, everyone living in the house already had their DNA everywhere - only the blood evidence (and other forensic evidence) mattered. I hope TS decides to be her own lawyer.

I really didn’t expect there to be an arrest until they found Gannon’s body.

For them to do that now, and for the main change to be first degree murder, then she must have really screwed up. The evidence must be overwhelming.

I agree, the evidence has to be overwhelming for that charge. When I read that she had been arrested I expected to see child negligent charges, abuse and obstruction for the lying. I admit, although I truly believe that she murdered Gannon, I was truly surprised to see the 1st degree murder charge.

I think it's uncalled for and rude to tell other poster you're reporting them when they haven't posted anything against TOS.

So sad and revolting. The only good thing here is that she will certainly die in prison.

Last week I held back posting some true info which would have been considered hearsay: A friend of mine told me of a discussion with a local FBI agent about this case. The agent wouldn’t comment at all initially, only saying early on that their involvement means the situation is not good. But last week when he was asked about any update, he said they only needed a few more pieces. Just Wait. They obviously got those pieces, and if this isn’t a slam dunk, it will make the O.J. Trial look like justice.

Everything has lined up with what most of us felt deep down initially.

It is just truly disheartening that we were right.
