Sunday Video:

You can actually hear Gannon & Laina talking. Makes me wonder what some of the other footage may contain.

I know of people taking Benadryl as a recreational drug and they would take somewhere in the range of 30-40 pills. It would be tough to kill someone with it. I also know that sleeping pills would require quite a bit to be fatal.
People think it’s easy to kill themselves with pills. It’s actually difficult because your body will defend itself and you’ll end up throwing up a lot of the chemical. Many people who attempt suicide with pills just end up permanently damaging their liver or other organs, but not actually dying. Our body’s instinct for survival is pretty incredible.

I am more convinced than ever that RD's recordings and possibly others from the neighborhood are going to be absolutely crucial in this case.

I have been following the proliferation of these home security cams and resulting privacy concerns pretty closely, but I had no idea there were cameras out there with that level of audio recording. I doubt LS would've been aware that everything in front of the house was being audio recorded 24/ 7, from conversations to the birds singing.

I have a feeling that there may audio recordings of something like a struggle in the garage Sunday night/ Monday morning.

Edit: oh and for all her horse crap about the FBI being able to detect heat signatures from regular video (lol) one thing the FBI is actually capable of and very good at is enhancing and analyzing audio recordings.

This is the video from Sunday, when Gannon was alive and well.
Towards the end, the video shows a time stamp of 1:23 (not exact recall). So was this after the GOG hike, or was that TS returning with Burger King (black suv)?

Yes, I'm sure she had some behavior issues as early as childhood considering her record. Criminals often have a history of mental health issues. The assault of the deputy is just further proof, and hopefully all will be considered as part of the case. I doubt there will be any passes given, although the defense can certainly try. I find it very hard to believe she will get much sympathy or that a jury will just 'excuse' her behavior, especially when it comes to harming an innocent child. Jmo
BBM-
According to the news- the assault and extradition process will be a part of the case.
"
An El Paso County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said she could not comment on the alleged assault.

"The whole extradition process is going to be a part of the case," she said."

That phone call was a trip. I also noted how she acted around the Petco question. She paused, acted confused, skated around it. Something is up with Petco. A handoff is now a possibility in my mind; it would help with how she accomplished being in all the alleged locations and disappeared GS in only 4 hours, but I mostly lean towards her acting alone. When it was all just a rumor I thought she was passing time waiting for him to fall asleep or creating an alibi by going there. I figured she was checking the store window making sure he wasn't getting out of the truck as time passed, but with her response I am wondering if there is more to Petco. I truly hope TS did not bring someone else into this, but I can definitely see her threatening or blackmailing someone into helping. Much to ponder for sure after that.

I also really feel like a defense akin to Jodi Arias, with a touch of Casey Anthony is on the horizon. Ugh she is such a disgusting being. I hope AS and LH continue to lean on each other through the trial. I definitely don't think TS is done with inflicting pain upon them, especially now that AS has filed for divorce. I think she is going to turn on him in ways he could never imagine. This is all so sad. I may need to step away for a bit. Feeling really down thinking about how one person can totally ravage and alter so many lives. JMO.

Dunno, I’d like to know too. The main point is that it’s Sunday, and nothing was visibly wrong with Gannon then.

That all came later.

True.but I don’t see her following the Watts or Frazee cases. I see her as too self absorbed and too smart to be as dumb as they were.
Self absorbed? Yes. Smart? No. She’s just as dumb. If not dumber. Ya i’d Bet her next lie she followed those cases and the Moorer’s.
She also just admitted to following Harley Dilly who went missing found in a chimney.
Moo

My theory is this—she didn’t.

I think the mileage wasn’t logged correctly, and several people rented that car before she did.

There is a repair record found by a poster, that showed back in July 2019, the car had 900 miles on it. So it would have had much more than that when T Rented it. Or for some reason accurate mileage is not important to that rental company.

And now we know for sure that RD's camera was fully capable of picking up voices and other sounds from the front of the Stauch house. I wouldn't be surprised if it also picked up any loud noises from the garage and possibly even other parts of the house.
Thank GOD for RD and his home camera !!!!!
LS may or may not have disabled her own home cameras but she didn't realize or think about all the neighbors' cameras. Especially RD's camera.
Her goose is cooked.

I know nothing about drugs except that one Benadryl knocks me out. A person taking 30-40? A lot of insanity out there. Yikes!!

okay I edited this to add.....

What is so difficult about life that ANYONE would want to take 30-40 Benadryl pills recreationally? Does no one on earth learn coping skills any longer?

Off topic but drug addiction isn’t a new phenomenon. It’s historically always been a thing.

You can hear them saying can't believe it is lunchtime. The shadow of the house is hitting the driveway. Maybe someone with expertise can look at the other video and determine time ofday

WOW I am super behind. Having a job is really didn't in the way of my Sleuthing. Ugh! Okay I am going to go try to catch up on the 30 pages I am behind. Here for Gannon always!

Fits with our timeline that whatever occurred happened Sunday night / Monday morning IMO

IIRC. The receipt was provided to CrimeOnline by TS.
And per Leigh, the file was too big to upload the complete receipt.
Leigh stated the total was approximately $219

219.00 sounds like two rental days. She had the car longer than 24 hours. MOO.

RD mentions in his first interview that he saw Gannon and his little sister playing outside around 2pm on the Sunday. I'm paraphrasing but what he said was very close to this.

The neighbor seemed to be underlining the fact that when he viewed them playing, there appeared to be nothing ailing Gannon.

Where is this at? I am so far behind

Trying to think of other reasons that two stops at the same location might even hypothetically make sense … there have been conjectures about needing to temporarily deaccession a phone, or a "borrowed" product from the store shelves … but what about a swap of something *else* that would then have needed to be reversed? What about maybe having done a vehicle swap?
Assuming no accomplice, some car rentals will “pick you up”. Maybe she bought a crate, put it in the truck, got a rental delivered, put the crate in the car then did some driving to dispose of GS. Then She could return to Petco, do some shopping, get back in the truck and get home. This might explain the mileage. LS provided the receipt for Tuesday. Could it be doctored? She SAYS a lot of lies and she DOES plenty more. Why buy her copy of the receipt? IMO, MOO, etc.

Nice day today along the front range. Took a circular drive Perry Park Rd./105 south then followed 105 east across the interstate over to 83 (Black Forrest) then back over to West side of interstate, to 105, north on Spruce MTN & a quick drive on Noe Rd.. So basically a big circle trying to include as much basic search area as possible. It's Monday & time mirrors T's drive on 27th. Hate to say it but driving it sure brings home the vast area to be searched. Sooo many little side jaunts off these roads. It's really disheartening. The
positives however:
Lots of traffic most places (don't these people work?),hardly any snow at all, Noe Rd. (Dirt) was not busy at all, many trees & relatively few homes here. I got a feeling this area was best suited for stopping & not being observed You would still have to be fast & out of your mind worried that someone would come along...
Different topic-- Saw mention of Flight for Life involvement in earlier searches. I noticed they mentioned this was only in case of emergency with searchers themselves.
