One thing that doesn't work for me about leaving him somewhere and expecting him to come back is that she would know he would tell his daddy. And then what? The thing too about leaving her phone so she couldn't be tracked. This tells me she knew he wouldn't be coming back from that trip alive. So, I'm still undecided. It's also worried me that maybe Gannon knew he wouldn't be coming back.

I’m guessing the same is true for the Subways and the Kohl’s. There is no way she had time to make stops at ALL of those businesses on the witness list. Seems more plausible their cameras caught her on video. I do however think she went into Enterprise asking some strange questions about their rental cars’ GPS capabilities and when she didn’t get the answers she wanted she made her way on over to Budget/Avis. MOO.
We don't know how she got back to SC - so rental car?? Also, I believe these businesses are over a 4-5 (or more) day period so the map wouldn't be as crazy as it looks putting them all on one map for ONE day. MOO

MOO she was trying to say it "was an accident not murder."
We'll see what the People of the State of Colorado have to say about that. :-(

If Gannon was injured so badly that he died from those injuries in the truck at some point that horrible day, what was LS’s intent when she loaded him in the truck that morning? What did she have planned? I would like very much to believe that she didn’t murder him in cold blood to cover up her abuse, but what rational explanation is there for her trip that morning outside of that?

There was some reason she left her cell phone at home. That doesn't really support the passing away in the truck scenario. Sounds more planned. IMO

I don’t think she had to get to all those places on the same day? I like your point about the car rentals.

The at the Widefield Water and Sanitation facility has a visible security camera 8495 Fountain.
It is in the area they searched Thursday and also in the beginning.
Marksheffel, Jimmy Camp Creek and Army Reserves post area.
Searching where the intelligence takes them.

1. The ‘abuse of a minor’ charge tells me one or both sisters told exactly what happened, and LE knows he’s dead.

2. I discount use of a sedative bc even if she had given him 25 mg diphenhydramine, along with what we can assume to be a near-fatal blow to head or torso with slow bleed, no way would he be able to walk to car as he did. What we’re seeing is evidence of injury, not drugging. imo

I’d love to see all electronic data from a week prior to Sunday, on. Internet searches, texts, calls, map requests, location pings, cell tower hits, e-interactions with all family members and others, Google searches, Amazon n other purchases, Craig’s List listings, bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals, atm visits and locations, photos, videos, all deleted data, etc.

Does anyone know if @Tricia is doing a YouTube live tonight?

At first I thought it was to keep AS out of his pickup and then we found out she said she took her car to the airport rental place. And then there was confusion about which airport. I was pretty confused that she would even rent a vehicle, with them having three at home. So...
BBM:

I think she may have wanted to keep her own car out of eyesight.
That may have factored into her decision to pick up the rental at the airport.

I keep going back to her baked-in story about GS cutting his foot in the garage:
Gannon Stauch: Missing boy's stepmother releases statement

“Saturday Night, G was helping me unload in the garage and cut his foot because there are a lot of tools because Albert does woodworking,” the statement said. “He sat on the edge of the car and we bandaged it up. He was good to go.”

I don't like that mention of the car in the context of GS having "cut his foot," because it seems to me that she's trying to explain away forensic evidence, i.e, blood, that could be found in/on the vehicle.

In her account, she said "car." She didn't say truck. I think it's her car she was talking about.

I think she may have stopped and gotten her car washed after she dropped the rental back off at the airport on Wednesday.

I know a lot of people favor the idea that TS moved GS's body in the rental, and it's certainly a possibility, but I'm not entirely sold on that scenario yet.

Presumably, TS had her phone with her when she went to pick up AS at the airport.
He would have called her when his flight landed.
If she "left it at home" for a second straight day, that would look beyond suspicious, especially given the fact that GS had been reported missing.
What parent wouldn't have their phone glued to their person in the event of their child being missing?

Aside from picking up the rental at the airport, we know almost nothing about TS's movements on Tuesday.

In addition to providing some hints as to where TS went in the truck on Monday, the witness list probably provides us some clues regarding where she went in that rental car on Tuesday.

I'll be very, very interested to learn where TS's phone was on that Tuesday.

Folks keep mentioning how not having her phone is such a red flag. It's interesting yes, may be significant, but also may be completely innocent. She may have run back inside to use the bathroom and just left it sitting on the counter. That's completely normal. Yeah that might not be typical for her but not having it doesn't mean she's guilty of anything. Taken as a whole, it is interesting, but at this point nothing more.

I wish I could take what we (Kind of) know about her schedule from Sunday through Wednesday and put in a timeline, then draw it out on a map. Then see what is left over. All I *know* of her timeline is where she said she went Sunday (GoG and BK) , Monday, the Airport/rental car on Tuesday (returned Wednesday)..... MOO

And up to her arrest. Who helped her flee, who harbored her, who put out false info. To throw the investigation off. MOO

I think she’s a liar, plain and simple.

She's certainly a liar. I find nothing simple about her lies, though--or her speech patterns, in general. They're convoluted and complicated. We have tried to analyze and extract nuggets of truth she has possibly let slip in all the jumbled fragments; I've had no success in doing so. Just. so. weird.

Good night, Sleuthers. Tomorrow has been designated National Day of Prayer...a perfect day to bring Sweet Gannon home.

I still see this as one of the possible reasons for the car rental on Tuesday morning.

I keep going back to her baked-in story, and the mention of her car being part of that story:

I'm curious if she had a prepaid phone that she thought no one knew about and LE got her pings from that.

I'll have to check over the witness list again. Some are redacted, so still can't be sure of anything. MOO

Context is everything.

If TS didn't have her phone with her on Tuesday while she was driving that rental, it raises all kinds of red flags.

If she left their house without her phone at any point on Tuesday, there is no innocent explanation.

Her 11-year-old stepson was missing. LE had been alerted. A missing person's report had been filed.

There is no circumstance under which it would be "normal" for a parent not to have their phone on their personage at all times on the day after their 11-year-old stepson "ran away."

TS is non stop red flags and lies.

He left for a friends:
Changed to ran away.

I don't know which friend:
Changed to: from the beginning LE has had a description...

The shadow on the other side of the truck is Gannon's:
Changed to I never backed in.

"There was also proof from my phone that we had taken a selfie in the truck in our driveway that was time stamped. We always send pictures to Albert when we are out and about..."

Changed to:
"Picture was taken on Gannons phone and oh ya we were parked on the road..."

TS is full of red flags and deception.

She left her phone home on purpose. She didn't want to be tracked.

Even TS said she left her phone at home, she never said forgot it at home.
