I don’t think she was enjoying it from the beginning, as the attack on that deputy illustrated.

Virus precautions are certain to limit her human contact though, which is definitely a plus.

Personally, I’m annoyed that everything is likely to be delayed here, including that all important probable cause hearing (when the prosecution shows their hand).

I still think we’ll see the arrest affidavit sooner, rather than later though.

The good news is (?) I doubt the newspeople are really social distancing from the courthouse. I just doubt it honestly. Besides there have to be ways to keep hounding a skeleton crew. If there is a way, all of the news groups are hassling them

The problem is that if it is vyvanse it's timed release. It doesnt have the same ragey potential as other stimulants. I just doubt Gannon's vyvanse is the issue here.

People get around that aspect.

I haven't been able to keep up over the last two months. Has anyone built a timeline of TS's known movements, things found, etc?

Reliable sources (ok its one person), have informed me that the media filed its motion to unseal the arrest affidavit on Tuesday.

It’s not on the free court website yet, but it is on the paid one.

So barring the court being completely shut down, I still think this week could be in play.

My first thought when I saw this photo was: our little Lucas was found in a culvert just like this. There were several loving and dedicated members here on WS, that participated in many searches. (The group actually searched the area in which he was found, prior to his discovery). Because Lucas' step-mother covered him with branches and debris, he was not easily visible at the time. It was (understandably) heart breaking for them when he was found just feet away from where they had previously searched. :(

I have no idea if TS followed Lucas' case. But the fact a chemical stimulant, beta-phenethylamine, was found little Lucas’ liver at autopsy (phenethylamine is in the same “family” as methamphetamines and sold in products called “bath salts"), it really makes me wonder. And; that culvert looks eerily similar to the one Lucas' little body was found. I am NOT suggesting TS placed Gannon in a culvert- just acknowledging similarities that come to mind.

The reason I bring this up...... TS has claimed to be interested in sleuthing, and was a member of several social media groups where discussions revolved around investigations and their outcomes. Granted- many of these groups rely upon rumors and speculations to keep the conversation going. But; the thought has crossed my mind (more than once), TS may have attempted to duplicate the actions of a perpetrator she read about. (If it worked for them (for a while), it will work for me). I believe she just thought she was smarter than those who were caught. Won't happen to me attitude. I really believe she thought she was going to get away with this.

Hey; if she is really into sleuthing and wants to solve a case- she could always disclose where Gannon may be found.

I’ve thought since the beginning that GS was in/near water - the feeling has never left me

Well I’m confident it’s been filed, so it’s all a matter of when the judge rules. I don’t think this requires any live hearings, so hopefully it’s a quick decision.

Our courts are basically done - some Judges are doing telephone hearings now- any ideas on what’s going on in this county? I know I should go check the website but I’m still so behind on all these cases ...

This is literally the only good news I have heard all day.

I meant to post it yesterday, but I got distracted by some football player ending a 20 year dynasty to go and become a pirate in Tampa.

I’ll respectfully disagree. I know what I witnessed and I know the history. The young man was on one drug only, Vyvance, and it can in fact induce “ragey” symptoms, at least it did in this individual. Drugs can produce entirely different effects in different people. For instance, during a very difficult time in my life, I suffered anxiety attacks that robbed me of sleep and the desire to socialize. Ativan (Lorazepam) alleviated those symptoms and helped me through that period of time. I have a good friend that was given the same drug to help calm him and assist with sleep and it did the exact opposite, keeping him up all night and making him paranoid. Drugs are like that. They can induce the intended result in one patient and totally screw up another. It is precisely why physicians should carefully monitor their patients after introducing a new drug. JMHO

I figured you’d be in mourning. You get a pass for the delay. Damn Pirates anyway.

Im sure it drives her crazy that her attorney is likely not frequenting the jail often if at all, going over extensive strategy at this point. She probably makes a lot of calls, but theyre collect so probably not getting answered as often as she wants which is definitely going to drive her nuts.

Not to mention I would imagine everyone in jail is creeped the hell out especially in county, where new people are in and out. Prison I imagine has better protections in place. People come in who are staying so they can be quarantined easily. Jail? not gonna be easy at all since even those who they do arrest (they are likely arresting way less right now) can still get bonded most of the time so more in and out.
Prison is not so easy to quarantine people. They're mostly doubled up unless they're in an open bay, which really is worse. IMO, LS will never end up in an open bay.

There's only one good thing I can think of regarding this nasty virus and the delays within the justice system: TS gets to sit in a jail cell all by herself while she's waiting and waiting and waiting. For some reason I just don't think she's enjoying that!

I’d bet my savings she’s scratching at the walls for someone to talk to, to ‘convince’. Social isolation may work very well in our favor. She’s going to act out again.

The motion to unseal is on the paid one or the AA??

Please do not argue over what should or should not be submitted as a tip.

To clarify, LE does not need theories or opinions, they need valid types of TIPS. Veteran members are not telling others what to do when they advise against calling in certain information. They simply know that if LE is inundated with ideas/theories/opinions/suggestions or psychic/metaphysical input from hundreds of members of the public, that takes time and valuable resources away from the type of tips that may lead them to Gannon.

Im not saying it's impossible. Im saying that 1. her taking his vyvanse and 2. suddenly turning into a ragey person that murdered him is unlikely. I personally take stimulants and have tried most of them. I also know a lot of people on them and agitation can definitely be a symptom of a drug not being good for you, its unlikely that this was true for her AND caused agitation so severe that she murdered Gannon. For her to be that level, if youre feeling agitated and doing it illegally, you might as well just take another one to stop the swing. IF you add that now you have shes stealing gannons meds, they make her severely agitated, and she ran out on the day she killed or injured him.

The easiest explanation is shes probably a terrible person that snapped. She certainly didnt need stimulants all the other times she was an 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

Besides that, its not that hard for an adult to get ADHD meds. She could have just been on her own rx. Having been a teacher, she could absolutely get her own rx. She knows exactly what gets a diagnosis already

Hopefully she will be unsuccessful in blocking access to her records. moo
