On page 23, #147 in the Affidavit, LS says "Every conversation that's said, even at this moment, I can hear inside."

In that paragraph, LS references a "minor child". Would that be HH?

Also, do you suppose LS was standing outside the home when she sent that text, listening to the conversation inside?

This is referring to the strange text message TS sent investigators the evening of January 28, the night she is presumed to have dumped Gannon’s body.

During the evening hours, according to the AA, HH cell phone pinged at tower close to the home on Mandan. TS was in the area where the board was recovered and the apparent location of where Gannon was dumped.

From the AA Page 11, #80 & 81 Referring to Carnet on TS’ Tiguan:
80. ....”The data revealed that during the evening of January 28, 2020 between 20:30 and 22:20 hrs, the Tiguan was generally in the greater northwest portion of Colorado Springs, and likely also in an area North of the Air force Academy and southern Douglas County. I submit that during this time period, investigators believe that Letecia disposed of Gannon’s remains.
81. Of note, during the time period of approximately 20:30 and 22:20 hrs on January 28, 2020. Harley's cell phone is connected to a tower that would service the Stauch residence, over approximately 30 miles from Letecia’s suspected location. There was activity on Harley's cellphone during that time, and investigators do not believe that Harley was with Letecia when she disposed of the body. However, at approximately 22:26 hours, Harley's cell phone leaves the Stauch residence, and goes to the area of Powers and Carefree, where investigators suspect she picked Letecia up.”

Quoting to add I believe TS was on the phone with HH and HH allowed the questions from LE to be overheard by TS. We know they were in touch during that timeframe, because HH drove to pick TS up when she hid her Tiguan from LE and AS. They probably went to a hotel for the night. The next morning was when TS washed her Tiguan & met with investigators @ EPSC

TS thinks that the arrest warrant is 90% speculation (according to her jailhouse interview with CrimeOnline).

So now we know that TS's math is as good as her English.

One has to wonder though, how would she know what's speculative unless she knows precisely how it all happened?

Tell us, T, what did the AW get wrong? We'd like to know.

That you would never, ever shoot this child in his bedroom? Because you shot him elsewhere?

That you weren't nervous the first time you were at Petco? It was the second time?

The dogs were never in the backyard? Did you put them in the utility room because they were underfoot and leaving bloody footprints?

Okay, T, I'll bite. What 10% wasn't speculative? The parts about you being the last to see him, the lady be mad at you, you hurt Gannon, then you killed him, and then you moved him all over hill, dale, and country to cover your sorry asterisk?

I have been asking the same question in my head and to add another interesting piece is that is a relatively small airport and the parking area for both short and long term is not big at all. It is all on 1 level, no garage and it’s no more larger than say a big box store parking lot. It would be easy to find a vehicle in that lot if you were looking. IMO

It is quite odd. I know the AA said she claimed the SUV was left near that elementary school, but I wonder what she told AS about how she got to the COS airport? Uber? HH? I guess she could have claimed she had the rental delivered to the house?

All the stupidity LS is continuing to spout from jail is recorded. Anything pertinent to Gannon’s murder, like the example @Megnut states above, can and most likely will be played for the jury at some point. That, along with her various pre-splaining interviews and phone calls, show absolute consciousness of guilt. She has, and will continue to, hang herself with that big yap.

As a side note...like others have stated, my iPad doesn’t recognize Edguardo but it does recognize pre-splain. I guess it’s now part of our lexicon lol

(CrimeOnline spoke to Stauch from the El Paso County jail on Wednesday; she indicated that the case was moving slower due to court delays over coronavirus concerns.

Stauch told CrimeOnline on Wednesday that she maintains her innocence. Although she declined to discuss the details of the case, she said she is currently working with an attorney for her defense.

I wanted to revisit this myself along with the 10 min. stop in King Soopers parking lot (possible evidence disposal). AA 155

Does this mean the Tiguana is left in the area of Powers and Carefree?

There are many places, stores, massage envy, movie theatre you could leave a car at in that area.​

I am getting confused having to jump all around in this AA.

I was going to attempt to document all references to the Tiguana.

and I am sorry I just despise this military time. I will admit I have to use the convertor on anything after 1300. Very sad but knowing and admitting your limitations is important (((Letecia))).

I agree. As another post just commented, it will absolutely kill her to sit quietly through a trial. And surely her attorneys must expect this, given her history? I mean, she's already talking to Leigh at Crime Online from the jail. Her attorney's would have suggested that this is a colossally bad idea? Her only chance at a sentence short of life plus 300 years was to tell them where Gannon was. Now that he has been found without her help, she has no bargaining power. It will be interesting to hear about her demeanor at trial, whenever that happens. I had hopes it would be within a year (as with Kelsey), but clearly that is not likely to happen given the pandemic.

I was trying to figure out when she made the decision to kill Gannon. By just after midnight in the early hours of the 27th, she's worried about the carpet, the smell of smoke, and resolving it with a humidifier in internet searches, then searches about leaving a child alone so she can go to work. Significantly the latter part of being concerned about leaving him home while she went to work, makes no sense if she planned to kill him, so logically this decision came later. Then by 4:37am, just a little over 3 hours after those internet searches, she emails work and lies about stepdad being killed. I gather one of two things, either she's laying the groundwork for being off work more than a day or as typical with pathological liars, is just lying when she doesn't need to lie. She couldn't have had more than about 2 hours sleep that whole night, then by 8:13 she takes a picture of him in bed....and by 10:15 they leave on a 4 hour trip with two Petco visits, a 2 hour unaccounted period of time, then an internet query on Gannon's phone "can my parent find me if my cell phone is off" at 1:43 on the way home. That's the only clue she's setting the stage for the runaway scenario, deciding not to discard the phone but leave "evidence" for police that Gannon had in fact ran away.

MOO is she decided to kill Gannon at some point in the early morning hours of 1/27 after about 1am, and the big picture was to make two showings at Petco, to be recorded on surveillance, while offering this to police since she left her cell phone at home, they'd check it out, by this she'd establish credibility and she'd be cleared.....and further make it seem impossible if the body was found in Florida when she didn't have the time to do so with just a 2 hour window. She may not have thought through the final deposit in Florida at that moment, but the plan was to stash the body, report him missing, retrieve the body and move it further away, making her 4 hour trip that day impossible for her to be the one. But she may or may not have killed Gannon in those 4 hours, police believe it was in the home after the 4 hour trip, but admit they cannot verify Gannon returned home that afternoon. That's a big question.

Another troubling point is in her claim of rape she says both she and Gannon were anally penetrated with an object, I hope that's not another pre-splain.

Thanks, DTPeke - I agree her car was never really by the elementary school, but if she told AS is was there, I would think she would have also given a reason why it was there? She gets pretty elaborate with all her other lies; why is this one so simple?

ETA: As far as I can remember from all the comments here (I took oviedo's advice and did not read it), the only speculation in the AA is regarding the fact that Gannon is not seen on video returning home on 1/27/20, but they believe he did.
