I’d like to know which 10% ISN’T speculation according to TS.

I love how she thinks the cell phone activity and various device pings, which to my untutored recollections are numerous in the AA, are "speculative". . Sure, Jan.

Not to mention the blood evidence. All speculation.

The AA does mention the video, concludes that it is too unclear, page 5, 31 &32 That AA is a really tedious read, for me, at least.

So, if she killed Gannon out away from home, which is not what LE submits in the AA, then the blood evidence found in the home, in his bedroom, would be from the alleged incident that occurred the night before or a combination that with prior incidences to include, cuts, scrapes and bloody noses? I've been thinking of all the ways liquids can become airborne (the splatter).

Or LS gravely wounded Gannon Monday morning after HH and little sister left, and mummy wrapped him to make sure no blood evidence would be left in the truck after they left the house for PetCo, et al.

In the video, in which I admit is hard for me make out detail, did it seem as if LS stopped at the back seat with the door open? Maybe to lay down a layer of protection between seat upholstery and Gannon? (NOT the particle board, I believe she used that in the back of her car to haul bloody bedding or when she moved Gannon.)

Wrapping Gannon tightly would also account for him walking stiffly to the truck, which some people seemed to see in the video.

Normally it’s about a month after the arrest. Because of this Corona Beer Virus, I figured it wouldn’t happen until September.

June is very quick, all things considered.

I was supposed to have Jury duty in Colorado Springs April 6, but I’m off the hook due to the virus. They shut it all down for a few weeks at least.

I'm sure she's insisting to her defense attorneys and anyone else who'll listen that the rape account is true.

There is no way she is getting out on bond. They already have toooooooo many facts about her actions and they have his body along her travel route.

I bet a nickel that LS does not know how to calulate, correctly, the answer to, "How much money is 90% of $1.00 ?"

My guess is, most of what she is attributed as having said herself; but then again, who knows with T. Maybe she's capable of thinking that Det. Jessica can "speculate" words into her mouth.

Just saw an old movie where a guy likes his new gf but since his child is still missing her mother and was very close to her, will not show any emotion to the new gf in front of her. Maybe AS, who is very close with G, out of respect for him and knowing how close he was with his mom, did not show LS much affection when G was around in the last 1.5 years of their marriage. Even if he didn’t do it intentionally, maybe she felt it and blamed G for it. A man is just naturally going to be closer to a son G’s age than to a daughter L’s age. He sees him as a “buddy.”

Yeah, I’m embarrassed. “Patrick Frazee, you are a genius.”

He told several provable lies, but nothing remotely like this.

She stacked lies on top of lies, and each lie actually discredited the one that came before.

And then she did the dumbest thing of all, she took Gannon’s body with her.

For reals ... guess that leaves no hope she is going to grow a conscience and cop a plea.

@leighEg can you share any other tidbits from your jailhouse phone conversation with TS? How were you able to get a hold of her, just curious. What was her demeanor like? Is she worried about CV-19? Her comment about working with "an attorney", makes it seem like she has a different PD than the one who made the initial appearance? Thanks for the outstanding coverage, we appreciate you!
