Gannon's description text associated with that video reads, "I will upload a video every Friday." That was posted April 29, 2019.

It never happened. No more videos. I've wondered why Gannon posted only one video.

At the tail-end of the one video we hear a whisper voice say something that, IMO, sounds like they're warning of someone's coming and then they stop recording. I can not determine exactly what is said (sounds like, "Stop recording") but clearly they don't want to be caught recording and/or playing the video game or whatever.

Whatever happened at that point may have resulted in Gannon not (permitted to?) posting of any more videos.

It was innocent fun. Who would squelch that, and why?

There will be more than enough evidence to bring this to trial

Of course I agree, but I wonder what your thoughts might be on why they're going to allot 2 days for the prelim hearing?

Not that I think HH has been arrested, but would we even know, since she is a minor?
Likely not, unless the media caught wind of it.

I would never let my child upload public videos to YouTube with their face in it. Too many weirdos out there. Perhaps that’s why he didn’t want to be caught. MOO

Then why was the first video posted, not deleted?

Maybe they weren’t busted recording and posting it? Who knows if that even the case. I was simply responding to your question about who would squelch their innocent fun. That would be me. I would squelch the hell out of my child posting their face under their real name on public internet. MOO

My neighbor 1 house over shot his wife while she slept. None of us heard anything until the swat team converged.
Edited Leo Visco was his name. Hubby and I saw him as a crabby guy. Other neighbors felt sorry for him. He told neighbors wife was dying. The autopsy reveled normal aches and pains. Leo got off.

Giving credit to the parents here, I’m assuming GS is ten (10) years old at this point, they’re cautious for a myriad of reasons, specifically permission from the other parent. I seriously doubt it was up for discussion by any parent involved. IMO

Finally read the arrest affidavit.

There’s so much insanity & stupidity in LS headspace it’s hard for me to even form a statement on my thoughts right now. What did I just read?!

Hell I think they had more then enough before they found gannon . I don’t know how she thinks there’s a possibility of bond they have to be medicating her pretty good to think that. Jmoo . I don’t think landen will give her permission to allow the step to plead down if it ever gets to that . Landen wants justice for Gannon and she’s not going to stop till the step is found guilty or pleads guilty to every damn thing . Jmoo

TS thinks that the arrest warrant is 90% speculation (according to her jailhouse interview with CrimeOnline).

So now we know that TS's math is as good as her English.

One has to wonder though, how would she know what's speculative unless she knows precisely how it all happened?

Tell us, T, what did the AW get wrong? We'd like to know.

That you would never, ever shoot this child in his bedroom? Because you shot him elsewhere?

That you weren't nervous the first time you were at Petco? It was the second time?

The dogs were never in the backyard? Did you put them in the utility room because they were underfoot and leaving bloody footprints?

Okay, T, I'll bite. What 10% wasn't speculative? The parts about you being the last to see him, the lady be mad at you, you hurt Gannon, then you killed him, and then you moved him all over hill, dale, and country to cover your sorry asterisk?

Sorry, T. I did some math myself. You're 100% guilty.

And 0% decent.

Does anyone have link / transcript to this in jail interview . I seem to have missed this being discussed . Wasnt aware she was still able to spout off even in jail
Trying to catch up , been busy sewing scrubs for NHS staff at my local hospital ( I'm in Scotland UK ) . Thanks in advance!

Not MassGuy - but they probably have a TON of evidence to present.... :)

Maybe.

It also seems to me it's going to be hard to make the case for the jury 17-year old HH should have known what was going on in the house while AS didn't (although I don't think AS did.) AS is approaching 40 years of age, he's fathered children and shared legal custody of them, he's been married before, he's served the country in the military for many years, he's been married to TS for 5 years and obviously was involved with her for longer than that, he's slept with her day in and day out...yet he didn't know but HH did? I'm not claiming AS knew. I do think he's a victim. But I think HH is too.

If HH has information that is absolutely needed to ensure TS is convicted, fine. But if she doesn't, I hope there's not a desire to "punish" her publicly for her mother's sins as that could backfire IMO.

As @MassGuy said and I agree "There’s a dead child here, it’s important to keep our eye on the ball." And that ball IMO is conviction for first-degree murder not creating public discomfort/distress for the defendant's daughter.

JMO

Thank you!!! and @Niner too for the timelines.

Whew. What a relief. My plan to just capture Tiguan references quickly fizzled last night. :);)

To be fair, when I consider if HH is complicit in anything, I’m talking about the timeframe of his murder. And AS was not home at that time to know anything.

DTPeke, a timeline of the musical vehicles would be great. If you are so moved. Who was driving what when, and where and why, please. (:))

Snipped.

Her car wasn't by the elementary school. That is a lie she told AS. We don't know the reason she gave to him why the car was there. She also told him she was concerned about putting too many miles on the leased Tiguan, which doesn't have anything to do with why it would be left by the elementary school.

I think whatever lie she told AS about the Tiguan being by the school is why AS immediately reacted to the neighbor's video and knew instantly that TS was lying. My opinion.

She said the Tiguan was by the school when it was actually at the airport.

jmo

Where did you see that he told AS the Tiguan was parked at the school on Monday 1/27 ?
I thought she said it was there on Tuesday 1/28 when she picked him up in the rental.
She said it was there both Monday and Tuesday?

"Tiguan has been at the school since Monday morning."

The article did not state that TS herself thinks there is a possibility of bond. (although I wouldn't be surprised if she did) I think it was a general statement made by the author. They said it would depend on whether or not there is enough evidence in the affidavit, and then went on to include TS's statements about working on her defense with her attorney and that the affidavit was 90% speculation. That's the part that was quoted.

I doubt any judge will allow bond, not only because of the severity of the charges but because she has proved herself to be a flight risk.

Not MassGuy - but they probably have a TON of evidence to present.... :)

It's probably closer to 2 tons at this point.

To put it in context, the Arrest Affidavit for Patrick Frazee, TS's chief rival for the "Word's Biggest Moron" title, was a mere 10 pages long.

And we learned at trial the case against PF was overwhelming.
At the end, his attorneys were only left with a, "Would anyone be so idiotic as to (fill in the blank)?" argument.
Needless to say, it only took the jury a few hours to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt, that yes, indeed, "someone" would be that asinine.

So here, we have not 10 pages, but 32 pages of material in the arrest affidavit alone.
That's just the tip of the iceberg.

There were already over 1,000 pages of discovery material even before GS's body was found.
It's probably closing in on 1,500 pages now, if not more.

The prosecution here has a mountain of evidentiary ground to cover, thanks to TS's unparalleled stupidity.
It's like asking a hiker to climb Mount Everest in 2 days.
The DA's office is likely going to need every minute of those 2 days.

TS is about to be buried beneath an avalanche of evidence…an avalanche she herself triggered.

JMO.

I thought the AA indicated that TS never did reveal the location of the Tiguan to AS while she had the rental.

LE said they were unable to locate it all that time.
