The AA doesn’t get any longer, it’s just enough information to justify the charges.
The preliminary hearing is basically an extension of the AA, as the prosecution will present that information and a hell of a lot more.
Many of our questions will be answered on those two days in June.

Interesting for that part. I like that theory.
I agree she could have taken the Kia rental herself back to the airport Tuesday night on 1/28 at 7:00 pm (AA-#57) when the Tiguan was picked up. Maybe she pulled the Kia into a "rental return area" at the airport.

It was noted in AA #59 the Kia was returned Wednesday 1/29 morning so maybe it was already there at the airport when the rental place opened Wed morning.

You’d have to prove that she knew what she was doing. Unwittingly helping someone get away with a crime, isn’t a crime.

Say she doesn’t cooperate, and refuses to testify. Even without filing charges, they can prevent her from taking the Fifth by granting her immunity for any crimes she may have committed.

That’s what I mean when I talk about “compelling her to testify.”

If HH is called to testify and she refuses to answer on the stand she could be charged with contempt of court. If she lies on the stand she could be charged with perjury.
I think she will be called by the prosecution unless she fills in much of the missing pieces that she is aware of, and even then I think she will be called. She was there for the immediate coverup, bought coverup supplies, was there the days following shuttling T about, and was in communication with her during the much of that time as far as we know.

Kudos to all and now we know the devastation/emotions on the two female detective spokesperson(s) faces.

You probably have seen them. I was just reminiscing, re-analyzing and admiring their composure. To be the keeper/protector of information in the name of justice for Gannon, for the integrity of the case. To be the voice for Gannon and his loved ones....amazing.

The video I am looking for I can not find. Sgt. Mynatt is visibly upset and a reporter asks why? She says it is a family issue, which may be true but I believe otherwise.

Still working on catching up, but..

One thing that is missing from the AA (for me) is swabs done on the vacuum cleaner and or carpet shampooer (if they owned one).

That kind of bothers me a little. If TS had HH buy carpet powder, she planned on using it for the clean-up, and IMO, having carpet powder and maybe even blood in the vacuum cleaner with TS prints all over it could be pretty damning.

I know I am far behind, but, the AA said it isn't listing everything, just enough for probable cause.

Once suspected, it would seem most likely that GS was either in LS’s car or had been in her car - so it should have been first place to search once they suspected the runaway story was false. IMO calling in an 11 year old as a runway within 3-4 hours is pretty quick especially if you have no idea where he went (which friend). Most people are hesitant to call police and look foolish/overreacting.

Early on the 29th they started susspecting her. That why LE and AS went into cahoots searching for the VW.

But it was too late. Eve of 28th she moved car and body.
