I have the same feelings, any words spoken by Letecia make my blood boil. She is a vile calculating cold-blooded murderess. A beast!

However, CrimeOnline is exactly what their name states: online crime coverage, covering the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I applaud the efforts in keeping her talking. I imagine this is a prosecutor’s dream. The PTSD and delays mentioned. I bet the DDA has already had an assistant pull the number of a local expert. Nothing like giving a heads up to a possible defense strategy. It is not going to work anyway. Any lie spewed forth is just the icing on the cake.

As Sgt. Deborah Mynatt would say, it is all part of the ongoing case and will be investigated.

The things you mention above were also covered by CrimeOnline (the fundraising efforts, Restoration Church, the parent’s anguish, Gannon’s kind heart). ALL the coverage was instrumental in bringing attention to his case. Sadly, not all cases garner the attention and coverage. I linked a few.

100% agree! LS' ongoing interviews are not likely to affect the case other than using her own words against her. JMO @leighEg has LS' confidence and therefore plays an important part in allowing her to dig herself deeper into trouble. If nothing else it validates everything we've been saying about her. MOO.

I have gone through so many posts, but I'm sure I've missed a lot, so I'm sorry if this has already been discussed. I don't recall seeing in the AA or seeing any discussion about movements tracked by the security system from late Sunday night to early Monday morning. Does anyone have any input on this? I would think it would give support to the theory that she severely hurt him Sunday night if there was unusual movement (assuming she kept checking on him) throughout the night, especially since we know she was up until the wee hours of the morning.

I truly believe every defendant is entitled to a fair, just defense. I feel great empathy for her legal team. I'm sure they have zero sway with her.

Very strange. She wouldn’t even have needed to be in the area to hear all about it if she’s a relative.

IMO I’ve believed all along that if she was able to get away with killing Gannon, AS was next. I think little LS was still young enough and compliant enough that she may have been spared.

It appears from her searches that she was looking to walk away from the marriage but I doubt she would have left cleanly. She’s a nasty piece of work and I doubt she’s ever left any relationship or job without leaving some retributive damage In her wake. She may have been trying to formulate a plan to get rid of AS but when her final abuse of Gannon left visible evidence, she had to get rid of him first.

It never fails to amaze me how little these types think about how their actions will be perceived by LE or the world. They live in their insular little fantasy world of self-proclaimed superiority. They forge ahead with their criminal plans, leaving evidence the entire time, yet still think they’re so brilliant that no suspicion will fall on them and one will ever know they’ve committed the perfect murder. After they’re caught, they talk, talk talk and dig a deeper hole. Keep talking Leticia!

Hold off your preliminary hearing countdown. LS's defense has filed a motion for continuation/postponing the hearing. Apparently they haven't been able to properly counsel with her or interview witnesses because of CoVid restrictions. They're saying they've been denied video & phone access to her. She's asking to be released on bond saying that they can counsel her from "the safety of her home!" Is she serious??!! And while we're at it....what home?? I know the bond will be denied, but I also hope they stick to the original dates for the hearing!

Wonder how that witness was able to "go on record" with her defense as LS claimed in her interview last week?

This request by LS by her defense was filed last Tues 5/12. I believe her phone interview with Crime Online was Wed 5/13. She's still spinning her web of lies!

It seems very researched. Did she google “how to make a missing poster”. As if she copied things like has “no money or credit cards“ (and remembered at last minute to erase purse and keys).

not to mention when the hell did she make it if not right after hike. She was so busy buying dog coats, getting lost on 4 hr drives, arranging to make sure 2(!) BK kids meals were ordered, being raped and knocked unconscious, renting vehicles, juggling phones etc.

I know in the past it was suggested that she had someone make it for her. No, IMHO that flyer had the trademarks of LS all over it!

'Mr. Stauch' may be a typo according to plunder. But yeah, i agree that retreat to home sounds delusional.

I think maybe her lawyers haven't reviewed the nearly 20,000 pages of paper discovery plus all the digital material and they seriously need more time plus better access to 'Ms. Stauch.'
