I think I heard that music while reading page 2 of LS's letter.

I'm glad someone quoted the above bolded statement. That one had me in tears. If you gotta tell someone how educated you are, you probably aren't so educated...

Poor Tee. She obviously hasn't gotten the memo that--in most of the elite academic circles for which she obviously aspires-- "doctors" usually eschew the title. If you are part of a certain community, it is just assumed you have a PhD and it is crass to state such.

Totally being facetious. I thought that was worse than just a misspelling. She missed the entire etymology of the word. And she used it twice in short order!

Kind of like the crazy murderous wife/mom who did herself in with the word "anti-free".

I thought you were. But, I just loved that misspelling for some reason. I guess it's true that she is being denied access to the law library -- and a dictionary! I can just picture her trying to sound out the word and adding that extra "h"!

I'm sure judges receive similar letters every day from inmates insisting they are innocent and are being deprived of their constitutional rights. IOW, LS is simply a typical inmate expressing the same old bs.

But I bet the judge got a chuckle out of LS's odd writing style. I thank my lucky stars that neither I nor my kids were ever taught by such an illiterate teacher. Wow.

P.S. Lol, she worked "deligently" for her E.D.D. I think she meant Ed.D but who knows?

One of my friends calls people like this "Attention Horns". I've always thought this term was extremely appropriate for someone like LS.

She will continue to raise a ruckus until after her trial. Then, the Public will find other things to discuss, and LS will be forgotten. Except by Sweet Gannon's loving Family and Friends, who will suffer the remainder of their days.

The thought of LS being licensed by several States and allowed to be around children is in hindsight, unfathomable.

The letter to the Judge clearly speaks to her mental state, I'm frankly amazed she or her attorney are not considering a mental defect plea.

She really does believe she's being treated unconstitutionally and has no self-insight into her own actions and why she is in jail right now.

IMO, that's the scariest thing about her. She really is a nightmare, very much reminds me of Tammy Moorer!!

She’s a real piece of work. I never thought anyone, anywhere could ever be more bizarre than Jodi Arias. Leticia Stauch just may win that prize! She reminded me of Arias from the first day she opened her big mouth to the media. Leticia really brought out the big guns for her letter writing campaign though. She tossed in a little bit of every excuse on the innocent inmate menu. The Constitution, mistreatment, threats, food tampering, actual innocence, proof of SODDI and on and on and on. She knows she’s competent to stand trial so she throws in some new delusions, hoping to muddle that issue. She better start getting comfy because none of this will work in her favor.

I wondered too how someone would get her peanut butter sandwich to put a note in. It doesn’t make any sense. Is the food prepared there or does it come in packaged from an outside kitchen facility? Perhaps it was an open face sandwich and someone wrote in her peanut butter with a toothpick..highly unlikely. Probably didn’t happen. JMO
