Gives new meaning to bat s*** crazy , but she's not crazy just evil, I don't understand how she is going to be able to represent herself, if she's acting all unhinged can she legitimately represent herself without it being a mistrial ,

She is just trying it on!. She has had 2 competency evaluations and been declared fit for trial so all her nonsense and shenanigans are for naught but I don't think she knows any other way, shes basically a grifter and she thinks that will get her through. Not this time Letecia.

Confirming it's not on the public court site yet. The last upload to the public site was on 19 March 2021 so it appears to be a few days behind.

Nonetheless --we do know her Feb 2021 letter to Judge Werner was unsealed by Order [O-13].

Just curious, if it's not actually released on the court site yet, how is it "floating around" out there?
Wouldn't the court site be the only place it could have come from?
Unless she sent a copy to someone else and they've actually posted it somewhere?
I'm confused about how these things happen.

I wonder if it was behind a paywall I'm not sure how else it got out there,

I don’t think she sent it to anyone else. It was redacted. But yeah, I curious how it’s already out there too.

Guess we better get our popcorn, tissues and throw up bags ready for May. I'm afraid the evidence presented will be far worse than any of us have imagined. Maybe when she exonerates herself with her fake evidence, she can go live with Casey Anthony in sunny Florida.

Colorado Courts have their own way of distributing court information. For both the general public and WS purposes, each Colorado Judicial District has its own home page.

Most of the District Court homepages also include a tab titled "Cases of Interest" with links to further information for a specific case.

Accordingly, the 4th Judicial District homepage currently lists 16 cases of interest including 20CR1358 The People of the State of Colorado v. Letecia Stauch. The link described above is the only free, no log-in required public access to court documents for Gannon's case.

Of course, legal professionals or court employees have separate subscriptions (log-in required) for access to documents state-wide. It follows that unsealed court information would be immediately available to subscribers while the general public has to wait until the public link (i.e., cases of interest) is updated at the clerk's convenience.

The public site was last updated 3/19/21.

It's my understanding the unsealed letter was made available to court subscribers on 3/21/21.

And that is how it happens...

I suspected as much, but for some knuckleheaded reason, tend to want to believe that any subscriber knows darn good and well these docs are NOT for public distribution until the court officially releases them. Therefore, logic, morals and professional conduct dictate, they do not get released to the public.

The idea that a subscriber (especially legal professionals and court employees), obtains then leaks the doc to the public, just ticks me off. More than anyone else, those are the people that should know better. Okay, mini-rant over.

I sent an email to the Clerk of the 4th Judicial District-- inquiring when the public site (i.e., Cases of Interest) might next be updated.

Keep checking... ;)

Take note that Court sealed documents are sealed to all --not just the public. In the case of a court order to unseal a document or letter from the defendant, subscribers typically receive access maybe 24 hours before any public site updated.

Given that it's been well over a week since the document made available (and 3 weeks since the Order signed), I think this a matter where the clerk is simply behind not updating the public "cases of interest site" --last update 3-19-21. (I emailed the clerk this morning).

They are also a “court record” as that phrase is defined in Section 3.03(a)(1) of Chief Justice Directive 05-01 (Amended October 18, 2016). Pursuant to Section 4.10 of CJD 05-01, information in the court record is accessible to the public unless prohibited by Section 4.60. Nothing in Section 4.60 of CJD 05-01 prohibits public access to Stauch’s letter to Judge Werner.

By definition, I don't consider the letter "leaked." It's just not available here pursuant to WS TOS.
