Thanks! We only have the legal charges and legal definition of said charges. No COD and no autopsy released to the public. You haven't missed much @JaneEyre!
Has anyone seen the letter Leticia wrote yet is it on the court site yet ? I've seen it floating around but can't find it on the court site
Gives new meaning to bat s*** crazy , but she's not crazy just evil, I don't understand how she is going to be able to represent herself, if she's acting all unhinged can she legitimately represent herself without it being a mistrial ,Yes. I hope they add it on there soon so we can discuss it![]()

Confirming it's not on the public court site yet. The last upload to the public site was on 19 March 2021 so it appears to be a few days behind.Has anyone seen the letter Leticia wrote yet is it on the court site yet ? I've seen it floating around but can't find it on the court site

Nonetheless --we do know her Feb 2021 letter to Judge Werner was unsealed by Order [O-13].

I wonder if it was behind a paywall I'm not sure how else it got out there,Just curious, if it's not actually released on the court site yet, how is it "floating around" out there?
Wouldn't the court site be the only place it could have come from?
Unless she sent a copy to someone else and they've actually posted it somewhere?
I'm confused about how these things happen.

Ughh I wish it would get to the public site soon, that lying liar just doesn't stop Everytime she opens her yap or picks up a pen it's a lie mooColorado Courts have their own way of distributing court information. For both the general public and WS purposes, each Colorado Judicial District has its own home page.
Most of the District Court homepages also include a tab titled "Cases of Interest" with links to further information on the specific case.
Accordingly, 4th Judicial District homepage currently lists 16 cases of interest including 20CR1358 The People of the State of Colorado v. Letecia Stauch. The link described above is the only free, no log-in required public access to court documents for Gannon's case.
Of course, legal professionals or court employees have separate subscriptions (log-in required) for access to documents state-wide. It follows that unsealed court information would be immediately available to subscribers while the general public has to wait until the public link (i.e., cases of interest) is updated at the clerk's convenience.
The public site was last updated 3/19/21.
It's my understanding the unsealed letter was made available to court subscribers on 3/21/21.

I suspected as much, but for some knuckleheaded reason, tend to want to believe that any subscriber knows darn good and well these docs are NOT for public distribution until the court officially releases them. Therefore, logic, morals and professional conduct dictate, they do not get released to the public.
The idea that a subscriber (especially legal professionals and court employees), obtains then leaks the doc to the public, just ticks me off. More than anyone else, those are the people that should know better. Okay, mini-rant over.
Confirming the clerk just updated the public site today... and you're welcome.I sent an email to the Clerk of the 4th Judicial District-- inquiring when the public site (i.e., Cases of Interest) might next be updated.
Keep checking...![]()
