Yes. And note to those who may be confused by statements by LE, METRO CRIME LABS vans don't roll up for runaways.

@gitana. You rock.

To quote Wayne and Garth: "We're not worthy! We're not worthy!"

Catherine Silver on Twitter

One investigator just came out of the house to gather items from the crime lab, then walked back inside. @EPCSheriff tells me they are still not calling this a criminal investigation. #FindGannon #GannonStauch
* of note, she is carrying what looks to be a brown bagged item in, not out. Interesting.

I'm a woman and I can drive anything. I have a diesel pusher (motor home) and have always had boats and campers of every kind made. IMO, she wanted the truck to look like it had not been moved that day and was trying to back it exactly in the footprint it had before she left on Monday morning.
originally i thought she was just new to driving a stick. Assuming the truck is stick. But I don't think we know how the truck was originally parked anyway, first we saw was on the street headed right. Unless the neighbor has video of her pulling out before 10 am. She could have been parked front end in to begin with.

Could proper measures mean collecting LS dna? Is there a step involved in that? 1. Find body 2. Get suspects dna?
I think that would have been done early on. A warrant may have been served to collect her DNA and fingerprints.

It’s a common occurrence.

It is so intriguing to wonder what caused the crime lab investigators to return to the house and why today?
Well, whatever it is, I’m willing to bet money that it doesn’t point to Tee’s innocence.

Nope. Not looking “over there” when the crime lab presence and sifting snow for days says “look here”.

Here’s the thing. I don’t think he would have been bleeding heavily or anything, or that blood would prove anything in and of itself.

But it may not be significant in that way. Rather, it may support a witness account (one of the kids for instance).

<modsnip>

Yes, there were two young witnesses who lived in that house with Gannon. They would both have observed Gannon's daily life.

I think we all want to be hopeful about Gannon being alive, but statistically speaking, at 25 days of a missing child case, there's legitimate reason to also take a hard look at the facts.

We have three changes in a principal witness's statement about how he disappeared.

We have the DA on site, in the home. That's a clue that there's worry afoot about a crime being committed. If Gannon is alive and being held by someone unknown to Albert or Landen, that person is IMO a criminal. And anyone who is hiding information about Gannon's whereabouts is not a good person. Full stop.

It's fine if people want to have nothing but hope, but some of us would really like a strategy to find Gannon that goes beyond just hoping and wishing. I think the DA and LE are in that group.

I do not believe that Gannon set out on foot and wound up 40 miles north of his home (I believe LE has reason to look where they are looking) without an adult driving him. If he was hitchhiking (unseen by anyone in the neighborhood) or abducted while roaming around Lorson Ranch, I'll be very surprised.
There’s room for Pollyannas as well as Eeyores here. I’m more like you. I’m just a realist, a move past the fluff type. Some call is cynical. I just say we’re realists.

Wooden splinters from a bat, a 2x4, floorboard? Maybe something from the bottom of a bag drug across the garage concrete. Whatever it is - I sure hope they can get that hound to tree that coon soon. They’re running all over that forest chasing the trees.

Possibly a wood working tool? JMO

I thought that the truck was originally parked on the side of the street in the morning in the first video at 10 a.m. it shows her getting in the car and then backing into the driveway to let Gannon in.
This was also my recollection from the video. It was first on the street, then backed to the driveway, and GS came out of the house and got in on the drivers, passenger side.

I really hope you are right about him still being alive.

How good intentions can lead to an 11 year old child being missing for 25 days confounds me though. What is the holdup in providing information as to where he is? Why let so many people suffer if you know where he is or what happened? Where are the "good intentions" now?!?
The good intentions do not exist, IMO, and never did.

Edited to delete previous post.

I can guarantee I won't be apologizing for arriving to the conclusions that I have these past three weeks about the SM. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether she acted alone. MOO

I apologize if my wording rubbed you and others the wrong way and was simply using the “apology” reference to bolster my point about the potential for her to be unfairly convicted in the public sphere and probably should have been left out as it seems to have distracted from the point I’m trying to make.

Especially since I personally wouldn’t be making an apology because I think, and very strongly, that he is alive, that there are many different layers to a complex situation and that the main players went outside the bounds of the law despite their, mostly, good intentions.

BARBM:

I gotta' be honest:

I don't have the first clue what the hello, dolly you're talking about here.

What main players went outside what bounds of the law with what mostly good intentions?

Please clarify.

TIA.

I maintain that I am a hopeful realist.
I know what is probable, but know nothing is impossible. Until it is.:(

Even before they "know" if a crime was committed?

I asked the same thing. There's silence...

Even before they "know" if a crime was committed?

As long as they have probable cause. If not, they may have asked her for those things.

They were obviously able to obtain multiple warrants here, so having evidence of a crime doesn’t appear to be an issue.

"Mostly good intentions"?
So the other side of that coin could be some "bad intentions"? What else is mixed in there with "mostly" since that is not "all"? Because a little boy is missing, and there are possibly bad intentions involved.
That doesn't sound like a great scenario to me.
IMO
And if there were any good intentions and Gannon's disappearance is due to an accident or some sort of scheme that went wrong, then why not explain and cooperate with LE?

TS knows that investigators are building a case against her so why would she risk being charged with a horrible crime when she could just set the record straight?

Instead of wasting so much time defending herself and digging herself into a deeper hole I would think it would be much easier just to cooperate.

Imo

Hard to keep up with these threads but I am glad LE is still working diligently. Hoping all is resolved soon.

I just read that she could refuse unless she's been charged. I doubt she volunteered. moo
