I emphatically agree about the validity of all opinions.

As far as shadows in the return trip: on my tv, I have watched a video with NO shadows visible whatsoever. However, during the video where I DO observe shadows, I see inexplicable shadows underneath the front passenger side door as well as the back one. The difference in WSers opinions, then, could be as simple as multiple video repostings. Also, could we consider what else makes shadows between the sun and the ground?

The video is only one of many reasons I believe GS never returned home; it's a preponderance of evidence for me--not just RD's camera. That belief is not written in stone, though, and LE's protection of their meticulous investigation leaves room for other scenarios, IMOO. I wholeheartedly agree with the reiteration by Poster Stat--"all roads lead to a "T."
The presence or lack thereof a shadow (GS returned or did not return home with SM) has no general bearing on whether or not "all roads lead to a "T"".

We have a piece of concrete that looks like this at the edge of our downspout. It is about 16 inches long with a gulley in the middle. It is meant to siphon downspout water away from your foundation.
Originally I thought that's what this was too, as we have one as well. The camera angle isn't cooperative though, so it's hard to tell for sure. Either way, if there is/was blood evidence on the gravel/stone there, I'm not even sure it'd be viable evidence since there's been snowfall & snow melt since then that would have (?) washed it away. I'm guessing on all that, I don't know if it would have "washed" away, or even if it could be proven to be Gannon's.

So why focus on the shadows so much???

While I was thinking about possible blood in the garage, Gannon having “the only key to the gate”, and him going back and forth to see if it was locked ... someone said there is only one door in the garage and it leads to the house. In my mind I started picturing a CHASE - was Gannon running from her? Was she watching him on her own camera system? Was he using her keys? Is that what they were sifting for? Did the keys have a TILE on them? Mine do because I’m constantly misplacing them.

Lots of random thoughts.

According to LS, Gannon (an 11-year-old boy) had the only key to the gate lock.

Where is that key now?

If there was blood evidence in the area between the garage and the fencing a forensics team would have been all over it likes fly on, well, you know. Photos would have been taken, evidence markers would have been placed and samples would have been absorbed (as possible). MSM showed no such activity although that doesn't mean it didn't happen... but I suspect it did not.

Yes, we’ve seen the ABC link.
everybody has NOT seen it.
What exactly are you disputing about it, this is what I cannot understand?

From link

"I just kept searching and I saw where she came back. And he didn’t get out of the vehicle. So she came back by herself about four hours later," Drayton said.

A spokeswoman for the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department said investigators have a copy of the video and do not dispute Drayton’s description of what the footage purportedly shows. The video, they caution, is only one part of the investigation.

"This is just one piece in a very, very, very large puzzle," spokeswoman Jackie Kirby told ABC News Tuesday morning

This is the first time I have heard anyone say there was prior LE comment to the Press conference Feb 4. Can you please post the link?
The links were posted repeatedly when it all happened.
I don't care to go dig them all up again :)
I'll be stepping out of this topic, as it's been re-hashed enough.

We're analyzing RD's video over & over, and believe me there are portions that drive me crazy too. I'll say this, IMO, LE & AS have seen a much clearer and longer version that doesn't leave them with the questions that we have. They also most likely have the benefit to the Stauch Ring camera footage & that of other homes on their street. I feel at this point they have no question & just need to find Gannon. Also there are things that we cannot discuss on here that unfortunately leave little doubt in my mind: 1)That he was injured on Sun night 2)This was premeditated 3)TS knows & is responsible for where Gannon is 4)I can't bring myself to type this one (it's what breaks my heart the most.) MOO

Here are some pics I came across of the truck(they're linked at the beginning of the forum) Specifically showing passenger side & truck bed, and fixed running boards. Another Detail I notice is that windows have some tint to them but not blacked out so IMO one would be able to see passenger & backseat movement from the side.

Thank you for pics.

Surveillance video from a neighbor’s home captured Letecia leaving the home with Gannon in her pickup truck at around 10.13am on January 27.

However, when she returned at 2.19pm, Gannon is nowhere to be seen

Footage from 2.19pm to the time Gannon was reportedly last seen is not available, but the sheriff’s office said earlier that officers had no surveillance video showing the boy leaving the property

in the absence of new information i find myself rethinking the things we’ve already seen.

my brain keeps going to the 2x4s laying on the garage floor. i’ve seen people lay plywood down if their cars tend to leak oil but feels unusual in my opinion to lay down dimensional lumber when you also park a car inside. you could easily straddle the wood but seems like an hassle imo.

i’ve also been stuck on the dust on the investigators knees. dust from garage floor, perhaps sawdust? or the yellow dust that comes from rolling up underlayment?

newer housing developments seem to have websites where they post their HOA convenents which reference street parking and garage cans/refuse storage.
I believe the Stauches rent the house, so positioning boards on the garage under where a vehicle might leak oil (at least for engine/transmission drive train with rear-wheel drive) makes sense. No mystery there.

What if someone returned with TS that day, and got out the other side of that truck, but it was NOT Gannon?

Forensics has been all over that house multiple times and dates and we have no idea what they have. Hec . The DA went there and spent time there.
