Yeah, I’m lost myself on what exactly she did to him.

That’s not to say I don’t believe that she killed him (I absolutely do), but this whole thing is incredibly odd (limited time in broad daylight).

I guess it’s possible that she went out and dug a grave on Sunday night, but that may be very difficult, if not impossible.

And it still doesn’t answer the question of how she killed him.

IMO, she didn't dig a grave or leave him for dead. Maybe there was something that happened the night before but I think he was alive when he exited the truck after the 2:15 video. I think she ended his life somewhere nearby and disposed of him in a place that will be found someday, and suprisingly not likely hidden well. Rental cars, accomplices, alternative timelines will all prove futile. She did what she did quickly and in line with what people like her do when they commit that ultimate act of selfishness. It's all so odd right now but I don't think she's that smart and I feel like they'll release the official transcript soon enough.

One question I have that I haven't seen answered and excuse me if it has been: Was TS working at the time this happened? Did she have a job? Was she teaching?

I agree with this completely. I am of the opinion that we are not dealing with a brainiac here in SM. I just don't believe she's that bright to have laid out some grand master plan scenario. LE is just piecing this together, quietly, thoroughly, until they have all the details locked up tight. SM simply isn't that bright to have outsmarted so many professionals looking for the answers to Gannon's disappearance IMO.

Yeah, this one is different.

In the Kelsey case, Krystal Kenney was able to describe a tremendous amount of blood, how the murder happened (according to Frazee), and was present when Kelsey’s body was burned.

At best, the kids in this case could testify to what happened before (abuse). From the video though, it’s clear that Gannon left the house alive.

That means that it’s overwhelmingly likely that the only one who knows that a murder occurred, is TS.

No one else saw her kill him, and no one saw his body. That’s why it’s so important that he be found, as it may be next to impossible to prove that the underlying crime is murder.

Atleast at this stage.

Yep, this one is different, very different, but I have a sneaking suspicion that LE has more than we think or know.

I agree wholeheartedly, SM is not that bright and LE is at least two steps ahead.

It doesn’t sound like she was teaching, but I don’t think we know one way or the other.

It’s definitely a good thing, as I could imagine this conversation taking place around a dinner table:

Husband: Is it just me, or did Jimmy get dumber all of a sudden?

Wife: You see, he’s got this new teacher...

Waste Connections of Colorado Springs. Commercial dumpster service. Fountain landfill.
Easiest in-town method of disposal, essentially a drive-by. As previously mentioned on another thread, many business dumpsters are out of sight, no security cameras. Eventually, the landfill will be a searched location, but with so much time having elapsed, it will be a Herculean effort. Even though many landfills do map unloading location, time, and date for all trucks. :(

Moo

Has it got cctv though?
Landfills are not always searched, unfortunately. It is a massive undertaking.

My theory for awhile has been a lot happened Sunday night. I’ve never heard tho that nighttime images were considered to be released. I bet they weren’t bc too much info. Even being given a blurry copy of a tv screen recording, I’m sure we’d see a lot and have some definite answers and social media would go crazy. That’s not good for LE.

I do remember them, but maybe I'm hallucinating. It was on the very first broadcast of the daytime video and some youtuber has taken frames from it and put each frame up (because it's not much video - it's almost a still). I personally can't see anything except the truck is in the driveway (so yes, it had to move in between then and when the next video starts). I haven't looked frame by frame though, and several who have say it shows more. It was, I believe, a brief clip on MSM on the day the video story broke.

I could be wrong. But that's what I remember and I think people discussed it here.

when did he exit the truck after 2.15?
RD and all parties that viewed the HD footage state she only exited that truck.
He was not seen exiting the truck or ever after.

If SM took GS along for errands because he stayed home sick, assuming she did not have plans to dump or kill him, what could have happened?

If he were to die from injuries sustained like a blow to the head, or stomach how soon would she “know” he was in dire shape? What happens? I ask because would GS vomit, lose control of his bowels, just have excruciating pain, or even “pass out or drift into an unconscious state”? Would there be critical evidence in the vomit or blood that they may have found in the home? Or vehicle?

Lots of rumblings in non MSM. Not sure what to ever believe there. I think everyone is stuck in the same boat of rehashing over and over because there's simply no information right now.

Lots of rehashing over and over?? I'm sure there's some mis-information or mistaken people that she'd like to clarify and "clear up!" Come on T!

It depends on the injuries, how they were sustained, was a weapon used, for example?
After that it depends on the nature of the body fluids and how well she cleaned them all up.
Every injury has a different set of symptoms and progression depends on severity and part of body involved.

That may be bad wording by me. I mean he left in the truck with her that morning. The next time he exited the truck was the last time he was alive, which was before the truck returned home. Wasn't saying he exited the truck at 2:15 and was alive for several hours after that.

I shouldn't have called it the 2:15 video - I meant the RD video

No you are not wrong in my opinion. I have seen the differences between the stills, released at night, and the daytime footage when Gannon gets in the truck and leaves with his step mom and doesn't return back home. They have a lot of videos, IMO....Ring cameras are everywhere!!!! The public may have been given one snipett, that doesn't mean there's more video to go through. I'm sure this case is tight lipped for a very good reason.

I'm not even going down that cul de sac because it makes no sense to me at all and would have required a far more elaborate plan than she would have been capable of IMO

No problem Kitty, just curious because that's exactly how Susan Smith killed her children. And we can't fathom that SM actually did the deed with her hands. You are correct...a bit more planning....an accomplice.

Thank you for replying! Everything I’ve read so far makes me believe if there were fatal injuries (I believe something did happen) could they have happened as early as Sunday night? It seems he would not have lasted that long although I know every situation is different. I just wonder if initially she may have kept him home not knowing he was going to die.

Who thinks this case is slightly or even very premeditated, looking for the right time to strike, as opposed to an accident where someone acted quickly without forthought to cover it up? I am really curious what everyone thinks? Opinions are welcome.

ETA..it's not an easy question and I know this.

I also am curious who remembers the neighbors nighttime images the news said we’re going to be released but actually got daytime footage? I ask because I do not recall seeing the truck parked in the front of the house that night. Yet, the daytime footage shows it parked in front of the house. When exactly did the truck get larked in front of the house then?

Clearly there was a lot of activity that Sunday evening, which would explain why we were ultimately shown the daytime footage rather than the nighttime one we were initially told about.
Listen to the second video at the link. I didn't recall RD saying what he said. There is also a copy of the misleading FB post from TS.
Surveillance footage could provide clues in search for missing El Paso County boy

The night photo's you are referring to are at 1:22 in the video at link.
El Paso County Sheriff's Office gets new evidence in search for missing 11-year-old boy
