Are they expecting volunteers to be on stand-by again tomorrow, do you imagine?
I'm sorry none of you got to search, I really am.

The local community has been so supportive and understanding and I know how they feel.

MANY years ago I assisted in searching for an infant in Georgia. Heartbreaking but wanted to help however I could. You just want to help. When cases break here locally in NC I so wish I could assist. Two open spine surgeries and 4 rows of titanium prohibit it physically. But I feel here at WS we all have our stories and want to assist in our own way even by posting and chatting.

In Gannon's case its now time for the PROFESSIONALS.
And I pray for God's guidance to shine the light.

My sense is that today's search party consisted of fully vetted searchers, a la the list provided in the LE post. I don't sense a fishing expedition.

It is true that search dogs, scent or cadaver will work an area much faster than groups of people.
BUT, the first 24hrs is crucial, a lot of those hours got wasted, possibly because of the manner in which the report was made at 6.55pm which may have suggested he had run away......

This is also the stage of this kind of a case when the police come in for criticism , deservedly or not.
A child=mobilise fast.
That is if he is still in the area.
Probably good chance he is not.

Very well could have been.
I was just referencing that TS told everyone in interview about LE wanting keys. Very safe to assume LE had a warrant for vehicle since so many in thread were requesting verification on when it was towed. It's in the interview which LINK is upstream. Can't post links from this version of Android.

I think she,and maybe her daughter we're resisting giving them to LEO,and making it difficult to find them. In daughter's purse,or her pocket.

One thing I do know is an 11 year old boy doesn't just disappear for a week without nefarious events taking place. History has proven that fact.

I will continue praying that Tim and his incredible organization will join in this case. Gannon must be located for so many obvious reasons.

Maybe I'm an old stick in the mud but I consider Tim Miller & Co the absolute BEST in these situations.

It's been my belief Gannon was DECEASED before he was even reported missing. I certainly don't know the entire circumstances including WHO was involved, WHAT happened or WHY Gannon seemingly VANISHED into thin air.

One thing I do know is an 11 year old boy doesn't just disappear for a week without nefarious events taking place. History has proven that fact.

I will continue praying that Tim and his incredible organization will join in this case. Gannon must be located for so many obvious reasons.

I just can’t fathom this going on much longer without some sort of a break. The answers are there somewhere.

And I agree, they were looking for a body from day one. They just didn’t know it at the time.

No word on that yet. We know she didn’t have one when she was initially interviewed.

That was a major point of contention for her. Because who doesn’t need an attorney so they can understand the questions posed by investigators?

I know that several hundred if not more applied.
Today /now yesterday would have been ideal search conditions.
Unless it's a thing that dog units worked today, better large crowds are separated from dog-work.. Just guessing.

Jacquline Kirby (ECSO) says in this video that they have 160 OFFICAL searchers right now and "We have 300 citizen volunteers who have been vetted and should a need arise," said Kirby.

I feel they are holding off on using community volunteers. Perhaps based on whatever information they found today that moved their location (pings? tip? discovery?)

I was expecting to see footage of 00's of people on an organised search today because of the links you shared.
It's possible something arose, ok, cos it takes extra manpower to run background checks on so many people.
