A question I would like to put forth is: If it's TS's contention that "the police have known since Day 1" about this person Gannon went off with;

<snip by me>

This may be the only truthful thing that TS has said in ALL of this...... maybe the police did know from Day 1 who the person was that Gannon went off with!

Hint: Her initials are TS

The hole gate and key discussion was simply to support her narrative of what happened the day G went missing. So much double-speak. I believe that she brought that up initially to create a believable scenario of what happened and then as more stuff became apparent about that story not making 100% sense she then says she knows who he left with, gave a description to LE, and tried to steer discussion that way. IMO the gate and key have nothing to do with what happened outside of the fact that she may have felt the need to mention it to explain a possible piece of evidence that might be found during the search for G.

I think this may have been suggested before, but maybe instead of shopping, the SM was just returning an item?

If the fuzzy videos of a video that we have been watching are from that Monday, could SM have returned the item she was carrying to a store instead of purchasing something to take home?

Or maybe whatever she did buy was somehow used in Gannon’s disappearance or left with him?

MOO

This seems like the craziest thought ever but could it be they have reason to believe he has been hidden/buried/or otherwise concealed somewhere in that house?

ETA:similar to Harley Dilly in that he was in a chimney. I don’t Know but sure seems they may be taking apart something piece by piece. IMO

And another thing...when trying to come to grips with a missing child the last thing to elaborate on would be how a gate is controlled and how an 11 year old is the only one with a key...I have two grown kids and two grandchildren (8 and 4 months) and discussing how they are so responsible to keep checking a gate or door would be way down on my list of things to bring up during the initial interviews with LE...just sayin'

If Gannon left with TS in the truck on Monday alive, and then died in the back seat from injury or medical neglect and she panicked, can that still be a first degree murder charge? No premeditation on her part just cruel neglect of his condition.

Déjà vu is the best description for my mind’s process right now. I’m all over the place. In a scary place. Possibly due to the detrimental profound effect little Lucas Hernandez has on my heart and soul. I’m afraid we will again end up with the unknown as resolution. Roll and scroll if the details are too difficult to absorb.

“Cold and callous,” Marshburn explained when asked about Glass’ demeanor. “She kept her sunglasses on, kept her arms crossed, didn’t say anything but short answers, and basically no emotion, not one time…..It was like staring at a photocopy of her mugshot.”

Marshburn explained that over the next several hours, Glass continued to evade his questions until he explained that the state could likely issue a death certificate for Lucas in seven months even without a body, and that Glass could still be liable. At that point, according to Marshburn, Glass’ demeanor changed and she began talking about Lucas, explaining the little boy simply died in his sleep.

Further, Marshburn said that after he told Glass detectives may push for drug testing using her hair follicles, she admitted to him she smoked “meth” while caring for Lucas and her toddler daughter. The PI said at that point he gained enough information from Glass to call law enforcement and possibly have her arrested, but he decided to press on, in hopes of her leading him to Lucas’ remains. Eventually, Glass did just that.

“I couldn’t do that to Lucas because if they [law enforcement] came at her the wrong way, she would never have to give it up. Lucas was my main concern….”

“We couldn’t get the exact location. It took us about four hours or so to ride around down each dirt path. She [Glass] gave us little clues here and there…Basically I said, ‘We are going to start at every bridge right here and then go down the line.’ The very first bridge we get to, I pull up, get out, laid down on the ground and peeked my head underneath, and there I see the top of Lucas’ head.”

Lucas was clothed and buried under branches, but in open view to Marshburn once he peeked under the small bridge. His little body was fairly decomposed, lying in the exact way Glass described to Marshburn. His hair had turned almost white due to the sunshine hitting through a slit in the bridge and directly onto his head for three months.

Glass stayed in the vehicle while Marshburn looked for and found Lucas. When Glass realized Marshburn discovered the little boy, she reportedly didn’t cry or display any emotion. She then claimed she did Lucas “so wrong” but didn’t elaborate, never admitting she hurt Lucas in any way.

“You don’t give two craps about your stepson you put under this bridge, abused, and you killed,” Marshburn said, referring to Glass. “All you care about is what’s going to happen to you.”

I also followed Little Lucas case from the beginning and have had the similar Deja Vu feeling all along since Gannon went missing.
Just UGH !!!

To those with better eyesight and or devices....one of the theories is that harm came to Gannon after they went out in the red truck. Meaning the footage of her return on the RD video shows her returning after such a horrible event. Is she dirty or messy, hair a mess, same clothes, same bag? Anything that looks like she has been in a struggle. I won't ask if she looks guilty or sad or tearful.

I don't see anything that indicates a struggle, but LS is no longer carrying a backpack. I'm sure that some of the video shows whether or not she ever returned to the red truck and whether she took stuff out of the cab area. Typically, if a woman is using a backpack as her bag for the day, for a shopping trip, she would take that back into the house with her. Also, there are no shopping bags unloaded. She gets out and pretty much darts into the garage area.

I wouldn't doubt TS gave a "friend name" that Gannon has so things would have to be investigated therefore stalls the LOOKING AT HER for a bit. My opinion she could have blown a rage after telling him several times to get off of his video game and even used it as a weapon to hurt him. Horrible thought. Prayers for Gannon/family and helpless victims in this world.

No degree here, just lots of life experience. However you choose to label, diagnose, or relate to what TS has said in the media interview or the written statement. Something is not right in her head, it comes out for all the world to see when she speaks. The "why" she harmed Gannon will only be important in court when it comes to sentencing. I'm willing to bet that no one in Gannon's life would have ever seen something like this coming. TS works with kids at the professional level. I think it's safe to assume something set her off and she reacted. Couldn't rewind, and she's been covering it up since then.

EPCSD is ramping up to make an arrest, whether they find Gannon or not. They keep coming back to the house and removing evidence, they know what happened. Will she crack and tell the truth? I think her story will be partly fiction, with a bit of truth to fit the evidence. A "Gannon made me do it", with TS as the victim of circumstances.

Ha. No psych degree here (yet anyways) either. I do agree that we should all use common sense and real life experience to inform how we read her. There are plenty of red flags. And I definitely think a tale that includes truth, fiction, exaggeration, and misdirection is in play here.

Agree with parts of your statement. I hate to sound as if I’m qualified to diagnose (which I’m not... at all), but I will say that these disorders become easier to spot once you’ve seen it before. A sociopath has many of the same characteristics as the narcissist. Main difference being that they have no problem violating the rights of others to get their way. Like the narc, no ability for empathy or true remorse for their actions against another. Ability to lie and lie and lie without fear of consequences of being found out, they’ll just lie again (Which is why many mention CA). Their lies can make you crazy, make you question every tiny tidbit of information that you do have (as witnessed in these 20 threads), etc. They gaslight, they’re usually victims, they have zero self awareness because in their mind - their actions are justifiable, are self centered, etc. In my unprofessional opinion, TS fits this bill from what I’ve seen. I can’t try to make any sense of her non-sense.

Both Narc and Socio are extremely low self esteem, falsely confident, are usually abusers, feel the need to put others down in order to build themselves up, etc.

IMO

I do field diagnostics for research projects and this is generally true and very right on.

However, I've been taken in twice by someone who is clearly on the Antisocial/Narcissist boundary. In one of the cases, I was not exactly taken in, but I did not think the person was clinically diagnosable. I noticed the lying on practically the first day I met her (she was and is no longer a high ranking college administrator). There are quite a few N/ASP people in administration, I've come to see. Very few among the teaching ranks, as various processes weed them out.

So, IOW, in my own personal life, I still get taken in.

They can be very charming, but one clue is that you might notice them talking cr#p about the very people they are charming to (or scheming outright to harm or defraud them). The ordinary, every day Narcissist/APD person has no trouble lying to their relationship partner, and is particularly prone to various types of affairs. If they require a constant audience of admirers, it's quite difficult for them if they can't get access to their group (whom they also use to manipulate, to provide alibis for their other actions, etc). Both of the people I'm speaking about have performed criminal actions, both have been given mere slaps on the wrist (asked to resign, details undisclosed to press, etc).

I think TS used the gate story to explain why he wasn't caught on camera leaving for errr his friends house/got kidnapped!!!
Maybe TS was killing two birds with one stone with this story..?
There could be spots of blood near the gate area...?
Maybe TS gave Gannon a nosebleed...?
Maybe the key will turn up somewhere unexpected and she is preparing incase it's found and will fit with her tall tales...?
Yes !! ALL of the Above !!!

Hi all,
Been a busy AM and have been able to sorta read along but not post until now. Still consumed with thoughts of this sweet boy. My own boy that reminds me so much of Gannon sort of knows what has been upsetting Mama so much (I try not to say too much about it, that we should pray for this family, etc. but I don't want to frighten him-he is still a bit emotionally immature for a 12 yr old) and he has been extra snuggley and lovey with me, telling me repeatedly how much he loves me. I am so overwhelmed simultaneously with gratitude that I have him to hold close, and sorrow that LH does not. I'm working on doing more lately that I enjoy to avoid dwelling on Gannon. But he is never far from my thoughts. Of course it needs no repeating, but we are all so ready for this boy to be found....

One thing about TS stories that I had thoughts about was that she initially called him a runaway, then said he went with someone and it seemed she implied it was someone she knew. I personally never took it to mean that he had been abducted/kidnapped by some random stranger, but that she was trying to frame it as if he is still a runaway. That's all I really had to say about that. I mean, we all know that story of hers is baloney, but I thought I'd seen some comments about him being kidnapped, etc. and I never thought that was actually ever a consideration. IMHO

ETA: Wouldn't you give anything to know what she described or who she pointed to when she claimed this?!? Was it a real person or a Zanny? I wonder if this is something that will come out...

Please let today be the day for *something, anything* to happen.

Very interesting. My brain hurts lol thank you!

i’m convinced the crime lab people were reenacting what ts described had occurred

  • #97
Does anyone know what time the crime lab finally left the house yesterday?

I've not seen a definite time. Judging by the sunlight and knowing what time dusk is around here, I'm guessing around 5-5:30 pm. JMO

Snuggles and kisses are treasures - hold onto those! I get them from my 2 grandsons since my 3 children are now adults.

I think you're exactly right. She did the first interview before we all saw the video, then she felt compelled to address the video in her statement. So she's obsessed with the cameras (fortunately, after the fact) and needs to explain why Gannon isn't shown leaving the house. She tries several tactics and she also knows they'll find Gannon's blood in the house.

She needs to explain how Gannon could get through a locked gate (with his special key) but I'm guessing it is a lie that Gannon had the key (or especially the only key).

I believe you are correct here. In general, a pathological liar doesn't lie about everything. The truth mixed in can make the lies hard to detect, and generally the PL develops talent for what they do. It can be effective in small doses.

Here it seems that the SM cannot keep her "story" straight, and she is required by facts to modify her initial version, probably with more lies.

But what is the truth in her story, if any? Others may disagree, but I think there is some truth in her accounts, but don't know what yet. I think this situation could be more complicated than it seems. JMO.
