Finally got it to load. Skystarr could be on to something with Monument exit to 105 over to 83 intersecting. This pic just shows directions from Mandan Dr. to the search location.
Moo
thanks. Timeline fits.
What distance is it from previous search site (Sifting snow search) do you know?

I think the cat was out of the bag, and it’s not like the media wouldn’t have known anyways.

I guess there’s no reason to keep it a secret. Besides that, it’s good press for the department (they are working hard to find him).

Hmmmmmmmmm, maybe to see what a potential POI might do?

Déjà vu is the best description for my mind’s process right now. I’m all over the place. In a scary place. Possibly due to the detrimental profound effect little Lucas Hernandez has on my heart and soul. I’m afraid we will again end up with the unknown as resolution. Roll and scroll if the details are too difficult to absorb.

“Cold and callous,” Marshburn explained when asked about Glass’ demeanor. “She kept her sunglasses on, kept her arms crossed, didn’t say anything but short answers, and basically no emotion, not one time…..It was like staring at a photocopy of her mugshot.”

Marshburn explained that over the next several hours, Glass continued to evade his questions until he explained that the state could likely issue a death certificate for Lucas in seven months even without a body, and that Glass could still be liable. At that point, according to Marshburn, Glass’ demeanor changed and she began talking about Lucas, explaining the little boy simply died in his sleep.

Further, Marshburn said that after he told Glass detectives may push for drug testing using her hair follicles, she admitted to him she smoked “meth” while caring for Lucas and her toddler daughter. The PI said at that point he gained enough information from Glass to call law enforcement and possibly have her arrested, but he decided to press on, in hopes of her leading him to Lucas’ remains. Eventually, Glass did just that.

“I couldn’t do that to Lucas because if they [law enforcement] came at her the wrong way, she would never have to give it up. Lucas was my main concern….”

“We couldn’t get the exact location. It took us about four hours or so to ride around down each dirt path. She [Glass] gave us little clues here and there…Basically I said, ‘We are going to start at every bridge right here and then go down the line.’ The very first bridge we get to, I pull up, get out, laid down on the ground and peeked my head underneath, and there I see the top of Lucas’ head.”

Lucas was clothed and buried under branches, but in open view to Marshburn once he peeked under the small bridge. His little body was fairly decomposed, lying in the exact way Glass described to Marshburn. His hair had turned almost white due to the sunshine hitting through a slit in the bridge and directly onto his head for three months.

Glass stayed in the vehicle while Marshburn looked for and found Lucas. When Glass realized Marshburn discovered the little boy, she reportedly didn’t cry or display any emotion. She then claimed she did Lucas “so wrong” but didn’t elaborate, never admitting she hurt Lucas in any way.

“You don’t give two craps about your stepson you put under this bridge, abused, and you killed,” Marshburn said, referring to Glass. “All you care about is what’s going to happen to you.”
‘I went in his room and he was dead’: PI who found Lucas Hernandez says ‘cold’ Emily Glass described how missing boy died before hiding remains [EXCLUSIVE]
Wow, that was so hard to read again. Lucas's sweet, innocent face broke my heart as I followed that case. I can hardly bear to see his photo.

Maybe this is a final warning shot to TS. At least that's kind of what I hope it is. Like a "we're dialing it in, time to talk"

Could be strategic... walls just keep closing in

I don’t see why it matters now. LS knows he is gone and where he is. If they don’t find him, her smugness grows. If she goes looking herself, they will be ready for her.
Her arrogance at this point is amazing.

Sheriff's office saying the search resumes for #GannonStauch.

We've seen crews along Highway 105 several times, that's where they were sifting through snow.

Haven't heard of them searching along Highway 83, east of that other location. We'll be out there with crews tomorrow.

Ugh. I have been so tough lately through this, thinking of strategy for searches, possible evidence, etc... The strangest things break me. Sitting here watching my own little boy play basketball at the park in this 50° spring weather. This tweet put me instantly in tears. His smile. He’s just a little boy. LE is just as desperate to find this little boy as we all are, and I cannot imagine how difficult their jobs are, or the pain LH and AS feel with every moment that passes without their son. I hope the person responsible is tried and convicted, and rots forever in prison - no easy way out.

Out of curiosity, I asked my 11 year old what he thought he would need if he were to run away. At first, he wasn't going for it because he kept saying he wouldn't do that. I told him it was just for research I was doing and he finally told me he would take his blanket, pillow, maybe an outfit if it would fit in his backpack, some granola bars, and his wallet because it has money($3). I asked him where he would go or how he would survive. He said, "Umm maybe to Grandma's house? A friend? But you would find me when you started looking for me there. I don't think it is a good idea though and kids my age know it isn't a good idea if they think about it mom. I still need your help to survive." I asked him, but what if mom wasn't helpful or you felt unsafe with me. He said, "I would call 911 or tell Dad or maybe friends you were bad to me and I needed help. I don't think running away would make sense though. I would need to get an adult I trust to help me." Interesting....can't help but wonder if GS threatened something similar to a certain someone.
I did the same a couple of weeks ago and asked my 11 year old twins. They said about the same, except they would take their phones and a charger with them. (Interestingly, the phones only work on wifi....)

Nice job of parenting, Kismet!

Maybe, maybe, maybe! I am so sick of not knowing where Gannon is!
Maybe he is off a cliff, maybe 'she' left him alone, cold, and scared.
Maybe he is with 'someone.'
How can ANYONE with an ounce of compassion keep LE and all of us in the dark for so long?
Time for karma to come to terms with TS!

Help me out. let’s say LE has a ton of circumstantial evidence against POI.

But when Gannon is found, is it even possible that an autopsy will reveal anything to help the DA in getting a conviction?

For all of us it’s all about finding Gannon.
But for the family it’s important to make sure the killer pays.

I hate that someone hid him somewhere. Hate isn’t a strong enough word.

Weird to announce it. Hope no one goes out there to disturb the area, unless it is a guilty party trying to cover their tracks.
